This has got to be the worst Wendy’s ever… and they just don’t care. Their corporate is okay with this as well… I don’t recommend what so ever. Order just a regular salad and apparently this is how they serve their customers

Wendys used to be our favorite place to eat but over the last couple years its become horrible. There buns for the sandwiches are so dry they fall to pieces, the cant seem to read what the order is bc they always mess up my sandwhich which i all ask for is no tomatoes. There manager is so rude. Hes rude to his employees and the customers. Fries are always cold even if u ask for fresh fries they just reheat the old fries. Its just a mess there. Its that way at both the columbia and penfield building in battle creek. Ive been holding off writing this for a long time but enough is enough. Something needs to be fixed.

For as many times I’ve been to this Wendy’s, the speed of service is horrible. It appears as if they help 1 car at a time because it happens every time I’m there. They will let you sit at the speaker until the car at the window has left. Then they take the order. Its my opinion at least. I leave the line quite often and go somewhere else.

Guy at the register had dirt caked under his fingernails… also had an earbud of music in his ear and couldn’t hear us, then put down the wrong order after telling him 3 times.. food was dry. will not eat here again, don’t recommend

Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins absolutely NO SERVICE, NOONE answering the drive thru, watched 2 other cars pull off without ordering. They have people inside, someone waiting for their order to be brought outside to them but absolutely IGNORED the entire drive thru line.

Honestly, the sign making fun of Arby’s closing was super distasteful. Why are they celebrating our town losing another business? They should worry more about themselves. Have they read their reviews lately? This location sucks and we refuse to go there.
Just skip this location. It’s been bad for a few years. We never have a good experience here. We are finally to the point we will never go there again. We’ve given them a ton of chances. People stop going there and maybe they will get it together. This last time all we ordered was a biggie meal and a chili. They didnt give us the sandwich for the meal. It’s always missing something or the food itself is just cold or not good. One time we ordered our food, pulled up and paid, and then they looked Us in the eyes and told us they had no one to make our sandwiches. AFTER taking our order and taking our money smh

Waited 20 minutes in line with one person ahead of me, granted it was 11pm on a Friday. The person ahead of me left in a rage because the frosty machine was down. I was disappointed, but more disappointed when I was offered a small lemonade as a replacement for my large frosty on a mobile order. Absolutely not a fair exchange for a $3.19 large frosty. By the time I actually got my order, the patties were burned. Like, not charred, burned.

Spent $25 to get ice cold food. This place is horrible! The last 3 times I’ve gone the food has been wrong or cold. I ordered two baconator fries… ICE COLD and the cheese wasn’t melted either! Ordered a cheesy cheddar burger ICE COLD of course and my meat must have been sitting there all day because it was hard as a rock and crunchy. (Puke!) I will never go back to this place!
