Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food place. I ordered on the app so I could make specific requests. When I arrived the expeditor asked me if I needed assistance, I told her no thank you, I had ordered online, and two minutes later I had my food. It was prepared the way I requested and was fresh and hot. The seating area was well lit and clean. I think they deserve kudos.

It’s one of the worst places i have ever eaten. We were concerned about our safety. Every customer in the restaurant was homeless. Drinking alcohol straight out of the bottle in the restaurant cussing and being loud and obnoxious. Our food was not good. we got a Baconnator it had two pieces of bacon on it cut in half the Jr. Bacon cheese burger has more bacon on it. What a joke would not recommend this place.

The counter service was way above expectations. Food was average. There were 4 or 5 homeless looking men just hanging out. For my pops at 89 years old it’s a little intimidating.

Ordered my food through the app at 6:13pm then arrived at the restaurant at 6:30pm. My three other friends also ordered their food ($9 average between the four of us) at the same time. Upon arriving, two of our orders were ready but the other two were not. After standing in the restaurant for 30 minutes my friend’s food finally came out. Don’t really understand how this happens.

I’ve went here a few times with friends and it was really great each time. Only gone through drive thru, can’t speak to the inside but it’s exactly what you expect and want out of a Wendy’s. As quick as possible, cheap, & hits the fast food craving nicely. You can’t really beat a biggy bag in my opinion… The people who’ve taken our orders have been pleasant and patient which is really nice. Shout out that one guy who gave me extra barbeque sauce btw get him a freaking raise!!

The gentleman taking the order was awesome and super friendly. However the Baconator ordered was more of a Non-Baconator. We are all aware of the fact that photos of food on menus never really look like their actual physical orders, but to label a burger baconator and not produce, is a.blatant violation of truth in advertising. It thoroughly pisses me off to no end when this is what happens. Asked to add onions to the burger as well. Ok so onions means one ring of onion to whomever was making the order. Onions is plural, not 1 single ring of onion. Education, training and basic customer care and quality. It’s a dying art.
