This place has gone downhill tremendously. There is always something wrong with the order. There is never any sauce on the wings anymore. Tonight I was supposed to get boneless honey bbq. As you can see they’re traditional. Also looks like the sauce was just drizzled on them. Guess they’re trying to save money on sauce and wet naps. This place sucks. Save your money and go somewhere else. They did fix my order. But, there was no sorry you had to drive back out here. No sorry the rest of your food is cold.

Took our server 15 minutes to even greet us. When she did she told us she would be right back. Finally ordered drinks. Took another 20 minutes to even order food. I got the ultimate sampler and my husband got a burger w/ fries. It took over an hour for our food. Meanwhile all the tables around us who were sat way after us were receiving their appetizers. At the 45 minute mark our server stated she was going to check on the food but didn’t say anything to us. Once she brought us the food she said “sorry the kitchen has a hard time with the ultimate samplers”….. everything I ordered but the sliders was fried….. The server definitely made me feel guilty about what I ordered and like it was my fault we had to wait forever for our food. My husband’s burger that was gross and the bacon was burnt. His fries were stale.

I figured I would share this since this happens 100% of the time when I do take out. The fries are always over fried and not even fries… also cold like they were fried a day before I placed my order… so if you want decent fries might want to order them with no salt and pepper. It’s very disappointing when your a fry lover and you don’t even want to order them because you know they are going to be crap… Try harder…

We were given these take home containers for our hot food. This is how it melted after less than a minute in the microwave. If this is how it melts in the microwave, there’s no way it’s safe for hot or warm food storage. Definitely leaking chemicals into the food.

Well it felt like we were rushed as soon as we were seated. We get cheese curds all the time because they’re good. Ordered a large received a regular size and still paid for a large. Also wings weren’t exactly coated the best. Sweet BBQ and mild wings in pictures. We’ve definitely have had better male waiters in the past but the one we had was far from helpful or even observant of his customers.

They’re still spiralling downward. We went here today to celebrate a birthday. 3 of us got chicken tenders and all of ours were dry. Our server apologized and asked if we wanted new ones. We didn’t want to wait for more (our food took quite a while to arrive the first time around and they weren’t very busy). He did not charge us for 2 of the 3 chicken tenders in our orders.
That being said, most people I know don’t like coming here anymore because portions keep shrinking while prices go up, up, and up.
I’ve been here previously and heard the manager tell the hostess not to seat any more people because the kitchen is getting behind. Why not give them the option to order drinks and tell them it’s going to be a while for food?
During the pandemic they had a manager who was overzealous in enforcing the wearing of facemasks.
All these things added up, and my friends and family and I are done coming here!

What can I say? When you’re wanting a good time out, whether it’s to watch the game, have a drink or two, bring your family for some lunch or dinner… This Buffalo Wild Wings in Wooster is the place to go! They constantly improve their menu, the food always comes out fast, hot, and fresh! If you’re wanting a beer or a mixed drink, go see Jordan at the bar! She’s always got a smile on her face, a friendly attitude, and a cold glass ready to serve you! When you have your meal brought to you, you’ll always have a friendly face greet you! It could be Ashley, or Tonya, or Erika, or some other awesome staff member! Any and every one of them is great! Leave ‘em a good tip!
If you do have a problem, have no fear. Craig, the awesome and dedicated manager, will greet you with a smile and speedy service! He’s always jumping around that place, helping out the servers, cleaning tables, even back in the kitchen cooking your meal to perfection!

Ordered burgers to go. The fries were not edible. They had obviously been sitting in the warmer for the afternoon. You couldn’t chew them, they were so bad. The burgers were good but I’m not going to pay the price they charge and not have a complete meal that can be eaten. Won’t be going back.

The was good but definitely could have been better. I had the chips and salsa as a starter. The salsa was good, and the chips were fresh. I was here on Thursday for their BOGO Boneless Wings. I ordered a 10 piece giving me a total of 20 wings, so I chose 4 different sauces. I had the Nashville Hot, Mango Habanero, Carribean Jerk, and Spicy Garlic. The wings were decent size and all very flavorful. The one issue was that some of the wings weren’t coated that well in sauce and had areas with no sauce on them, I choose not to complain after all they should know how to properly coat the wings. My server Tonya was great she was very attentive and made sure my drink was full and I had everything I needed.

It was very busy and loud which is fine, but our waiter Joshua B was terrible.He is only there for the money. He doesn’t really greet you,never cracked a smile,his tone wasnt even friendly, more business like.He really needs to work on customer service if he wants bigger tips.
