This place has been going downhill for years… I really think it’s time for New Management because the lack of customer service and how rude the people are is not how you should be running a business, especially when your customers are the reason you have a job. The fact that they are demanding more money, but their service is worse than it ever has been kind of puts a bad taste in people’s mouths. My hash brown was ice cold like it is every other morning that I’ve been there recently. This morning my bagel wasn’t even wrapped, it was half out of the wrapping and the napkins were stuck to it there’s grease all over the bag. Not to mention it honestly looks like someone chewed up the steak and spit it back out on the bagel. The lady in the second window she looked Hispanic and she didn’t even greet me for one. No good morning… no her response was when she saw me, wait about 45 seconds to open the window and then puts my bag out the window and says here. She hands me my drink, I say thank you have a great day she rolls her eyes and turns around. The says something about that’s the expresso lady… Like what?! I don’t even drink your coffee cause you guys don’t offer decaf iced coffee or lattes on your app.. and as someone who can’t have caffeine it’s a little disconcerting.. Do better!

My favorite McDonald’s and one of my most favorite fast food places always can get a good deal using the app, and the food is delicious and if there’s an issue they’ll quickly fix it. After a while they get to know your names and you’re a regular
7-14-2024 6:15 pm. Drive in busy, inside not. My two McChickens both had mayo and lettuce slopped outside and on top of the buns. This is becoming a normal thing. Also the large male manager while passing out a tray and cups, dropped a cup , didn’t even acknowledge or get a replacement. He turned and left so the youth picked it up.As a daily regular customer I got the young man a new cup.

Fast line, menus to look at in line. Store opened this week. Line for online order and dinning in orders, three registers were open.
Broccoli salad was fantastic, Dixie chicken salad was good, had onions which I love. Everything was homemade at the store. My plate came with scoop of Chicken salad, Broccoli salad, pickle, cookie and crackers. Coke products, tea and lemonade for drinks. My cost was $12.65. Did not tip, but very enjoyable.

Hello, I bought 2 Cups of soda, the first day i ordered a Dr Pepper a regular Dr Pepper and they gave DIET I DID NOT ORDER DIET and i also ordered 1 small fry and 1 large fry and we didn’t get the large fry and the small fry only had 6 fries Anyways, day 2 i ordered a cup of sprite, they gave me literal sparkling water. SPARKLING WATER NOTHING IN IT IM BEING 100% SERIOUS.
This was all around 10:00 both days

The lady at the window was very rude, had an attitude. If you don’t like your job, then maybe she should find another one. As customer service, the customer should be aware of what you don’t have and not assume that the customer is Ok with a random substitution. What if a person is allergic to an item? I’m pretty sure it is the same employee that some people are referring to in the comments. She is very rude and she rushes you when ordering food and was very sarcastic with her responses, when asking her a simple question. I will be contacting corporate.
