First time trying this place and wont be back (none of us were pleased). Felt cheated in fries and single burgers were really small for their nearly $10 price point. I know they are supposed to be thin, but the taste and toppings were not worth it. I love sauce and their was so much it was actually disgusting.

So the food was alright, but what i found incredibly concerning was when i went to get water from the fountain machine and before I could take a drink, I noticed black spots floating in my water, as well as it smelling quite putrid. When I brought this to the cashier on shift that night she was super nice and respectful, but also explained there was nothing she could do about the waters quality because apparently the manager of the restaurant refuses to get the filter changed? So I asked if they have clean drinking water for themselves to which she said they had to bring their own as the manager wont even let them have a bottled water…not only is this EXTREMELY concerning and negligent, but its also incredibly illegal to not supply your workers with clean drinking water. If this isn’t fixed, I will be reaching out to the better business bureau, out of concern for not only for your customers, but the employees being mistreated as well.

They recently closed the one in Centennial making this the only stand alone smashburger in Vegas currently.. both me and my partner love smashburger and will definitely be coming back to support this location!! The food was delicious, timely, and fresh- the staff were wonderfully pleasant, timely, and kind, and the atmosphere was comfortable! They also have a little corner for kids (or adults-) to draw/color! I personally started coloring while waiting because I thought it was cute lol- but definitely recommend!! I HIGHLY implore you visit this location (please I can’t lose another storee ) plus everyone was super nice, and lively too! You can tell the staff gets along and it really shows :> 10/10, plotting to come back!

What happened to this place???? It used to be so good and that used to have many locations! I ordered the Grilled Jalapeño Burger and added bacon and smash fries and just look at the lettuce and all the oil on the fries it was not good at all I asked the attendant for fresh lettuce and she was very nice and polite to bring me a better looking lettuce and ranch dressing but even with that the hamburger was not good at all! To sad to see how a used to be great place is becoming a very mediocre and lonely place! Come on guys just go back to being great since there is a lot of people that used to appreciate the great food you used to serve but now your place needs work. I hope you make the adjustments necessary and become a great place again! Good luck

Located in a very busy retail location be careful with all the cars looking for parking. The double classic was really good The meat was super juicy but my favorite were the chicken tenders. We got a regular order and a hot order, both were delicious tender inside crispy outside Make sure you get some smashed sauce to go with them. The customer service was okay, I would definitely go back and get more of those delicious chicken tenders.

THE GIRLS HERE ARE AMAZING!!!! the lady with the purple in her hair was so kind and I appreciate them making our forst ever experience at smash burger good. My family of 4 will be coming back for sure. This place is worth the price of what you get. I got the truffle mushroom burger and my kid ended up eating some of it because she liked it!!! Amazing amazing amazing!!! Just took my daughter shopping for Christmas Eve I came in for a bite to eat!!! I tell you what, this is the best burger I’ve ever had in my life and I mean that. I came in Christmas Eve around 5:00 can I tell you that cook can throw down. Every bite of my burger has been amazing and I’m serious. The rest of the staff was also amazing punctual and very polite. I’m literally doing this review as I’m eating my food. Smashburger was on the top of my list now and the one on Eastern and 215 is the best… I truly feel like my burger was cooked with love!!! Even though DoorDash did not deliver our order, the customer service we received directly from the restaurant was outstanding. Andy went above and beyond to help us, handled the situation with kindness and professionalism, and made sure we were taken care of despite the circumstances being out of his control.
It’s rare to see this level of genuine care for customers. Andy truly turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. We will absolutely be ordering again because of him. Thank you for the excellent service!
