So I walked in loved the environment until ms manager in the pink shirt had an attitude with me because I ordered a mini Oreo McFlurry and she bought it to me with just the cookies on top I asked would she please make sure the cookies were mixed and on top and this were the attitude happens she turned her back and started talking in Spanish- then she handed my ice cream to another young lady whose hands were full and looked me dead n my face and rolled her eyes. All this over a McFlurry ♀️and the cookies were not all thru it or on top

The guys that take the money after you order are very polite. During the day there is one worker she’s the ine who has to give you your food,not friendly, and very off putting unfortunately,and needs alot more training. I avoid going after 10am. I had to today against my normal time when I go. Lately, I go to Whataburger more, now rarely do I go to Mickeys since it’s not a good experience. Also, it’s hard to get condiments; which for 30 dollars is a Must!!! Just work on your customer service issues, and I think more people will come back. I see it’s not as many customers as Whataburger these days. I know it’s how friendly and appreciative they are for our business and we’ll trained employees they have..

Ordered at the drive thru but was give someone else’s order with mines. In previous visits here they completely forgot the sauce I asked for. Overall I’ve never once had a good experience here they can’t seem to do their jobs properly

I ordered by the number in the drive thru. They didn’t ask me to confirm my order, so i didn’t even check to make sure ” everything was right on the screen”. Got the wrong cups, had to tell them it was the wrong food, but still didn’t get my order correct. I saw mcgriddle, but it was sausage, not bacon. I drove off anyway.
Very sad that prices have gone up so high, but service has dropped considerably. They were polite and pleasant at least!

Upon arrival to the drive-through speaker I just say I received exceptional service from a unknown male and was actually looking fwd to greeting him at the window. Unfortunately no there was a brown skin redheaded young lady there in which I could slightly see her interaction with the vehicle before me that she had an attitude. My turn, she immediately asked what was my order? I told her part assuming she’d be able to put 2 and 2 together but no she responds what else. Of course I tell her she hands me the order and slams the window in my face before I could ask anything. No receipt, took almost an hour to get a manager and discuss this situation… The managers English was so bad she could barely understand what I was describing. This has always been the only location I would do business with, never again. My 7y/o daughter was even confused. Now I have to let this innocent person know that unfortunately this is what people are like in the real world outside of our home.

The door dash food I ordered was missing a box of nuggets and the boxes now have the monopoly games on it! Well the dasher didn’t steal the box because my bag wasn’t torn the McDonald employees are stealing peoples food and a lot of this will start happening because of the monopoly games they brought back. Sad!

To me McDonalds is McDonalds. You know what you’re getting and that’s that. Consistency is key and I know McDonalds knows this. I’m very confused on what happened here with this Filet O Fish and how only half of the cheese slice ended up on the sandwich…. Is this a cost cutting thing?
