As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

7/11/2026 Arrive at 3:40 and am rudely greeted with ghetto talk. What you want who you picking up for? Then they force me to repeat myself 3 times. There is one car in line in front of me. 20 minutes later I get to the window and they haven’t even started on my Doordash orders. She cut me off after I said the first order, one order at a time. Then mouthed off, then asked me to confirm the order before even receiving it! They then said we aint making that other order. I also observed one of the employees rolling a blunt while I was waiting for my food. Shut this place down! Fire them all! I’ll never take another Doordash from here!

Terrible service.
The workers were rude and dismissive. I never even had the opportunity to speak before being met with attitude. I’m partially deaf and have trouble reading at night.

I was picking up a DoorDash order. The parking lot was dark and empty, and one employee was on their phone in the service window. I walked up and was completely ignored. I then went through the drive-thru, only to be told I had to pick up the order at the opposite window (the one with the worker on their phone, who couldn’t tell me this when I walked to that window)

There were no other customers. I drove back around the building, got out of my truck. Due to not having arms long enough to reach through my passenger window to get my food.

Overall, extremely poor service. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops or be ignored just to pick up an order. I’ve lived around the corner for 20+ years and the food is great when they have workers who care. Can’t find many who care

So I walked up to the walk up window and and tried to order a vanilla ice cream cone in a cup and what the women handed me was a cup half full with no cone and when I tried to correct my order she said in a loud hateful manner was ” I said we don’t have no chocolate bro” and then threw my vanilla ice cream half full in a cup with no cone out the walk up window on the ground and then slammed the slide window shut and left me no chance to get my order corrected.
No one deserves this kind of treatment when trying to order a vanilla cone in a cup,,
I ask of this company for the Regional Director to get involved to set fourth training to correspond in a respectful manner.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The food was exceptional – I had the sea bass which was cooked to perfection, and my wife raved about the filet mignon. The wine pairing suggestions were spot on. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

Took 20 mins to get my order taken with only 2 cars in front. They didnt have sour dough buns even though it’s a new special they have been doing. Didnt have apple pies. Didnt have 4 types of beverages available. They charged me to replace sour dough bread because they didnt have any. Served me old dried out hard beef patties that actually cut my throat trying to swallow it. Put burnt to hell onions on it that must’ve been very old and that single bite made me sick and have had diarrhea from it. I took pictures of the garbage they served me. Couldn’t believe they had 4 people working because of how long it took. Worst experience at rallys ever. The pics alone make me want to vomit. I literally had to race home and lay down because that bite of burger made me nauseous. I was looking forward to rallys cause I hadn’t had it in a while and now I’ll be scared to ever go back. Does that sandwich look appetizing to anyone? You can see how dry and shriveled that burger is. Had to give a single star cause 0 isn’t an option.

Update. I pulled up at 2:50a Sun morning, I just wanted some fries. A guy says “Sorry, we just took our last order for the day.” Damn, I just wanted some fries.
I asked for the promo burger- Bacon Swiss Buford- with no lettuce, no ketchup, extra onion, guess that meant no tomato as well.
I wonder if they get a bonus for upsizing orders or something cause the total wasn’t close to the posted price. Drink was a lemonade with no ice…this ain’t it.
I thought maybe it was certain locations, but all over St Louis, Rally’s has really fell off

I’m not sure if I’ve ever had an experience this bad at any of the restaurants that I have reviewed this is probably going to be one of the worst 45 minutes in the drive-thru two cars in front so that made a total of three cars still 45 minutes The food was awful you could not even eat it the fries were cold soggy. The chili cheese fries were cold and soggy the cheese wasn’t even melted anymore and the burger The big Buford was disgusting same thing it was cold ice cold they did not care they absolutely do not care for under any circumstances about a customer’s experience at this Rallys. I was so angry and so mad I could not even have a conversation with anyone at that restaurant I did not want it to escalate and I did not want to say anything that I would regret. I am so disappointed with the corporate office because I know for a fact they know this is going on yet they’ve done nothing this is not the first time this is the third time the experience was this bad I will never be back ever ever and I hope this location closes for good or they sell it to someone who cares.

Don’t bother coming here! I promise the other locations are much better. Especially if you are a dasher. Just waited over 30 minutes even though they were gladly serving the other lane, just for them to tell me they aren’t doing DoorDash orders…I had 2 pickups at that too, unlike y’all we are not paid by the hour so it’s just super inconsiderate to not even acknowledge us at the speaker or window. This is also not my first bad experience. I’ve been dashing for a long time and even ordered food here for myself years ago and stopped because they always mess up. Seriously, I’m so over this place, I don’t know what happened but from now on I will never accept another order from here. It’s been a long 4 years…I’m sorry but it’s the truth.
