Chicken was raw NASTY!!!!! called store all no answer called corporate they handled it. Called store back to just make them aware of situation and ASHLEY (grand Ave store) was super rude. I don’t know how the food was I never got to eat any of it I ordered $80 worth of food through their app and they tell the delivery driver to call me and tell me they don’t have any bone-in chicken they can’t fill my order so I asked if they can replace the six pieces of bone-in chicken I have with chicken tenders no they couldn’t do that either then when I was not able to cancel my order through their app I tried to call the store and they won’t answer the phone so now here I am no food and no food money and nobody will answer the phone good job KFC what kind of chicken store doesn’t have chicken talk about poor management maybe you should reconsider your store manager choice cuz the store managers I know that you used to have working for you would have never allowed that to happen shame on you

I am absolutely appalled by my recent visit to the Fort Smith KFC. The chicken arrived dripping in oil—limp, soggy, and clearly reheated rather than freshly prepared. The fries were cold and limp until I requested replacements.
Things only got worse when I calmly raised these concerns: the manager aggressively tore open my bag to spotlight the sauce cups and unfoundedly accused me of shouting. Having managed a KFC myself, I recognize these actions as a stark departure from any acceptable brand standard.
This level of negligence in food quality and disrespectful service is completely unacceptable. I will gladly drive farther to another location rather than endure this again. Avoid this store if you value fresh food and professional conduct.

So I go through the drive-thru and order a 12-piece bucket extra crispy and I’m supposed to get three sides supposed to be mashed potatoes and gravy corn and coleslaw I didn’t go in because I was soaking wet from the rain so after a long wait I get my food and I go home imagine my surprise when I opened the bag and I’ve got mashed potatoes but no gravy then I go ahead and start eating after I called and got a busy signal and my chicken is not completely cooked it’s still beet red next to the Bone at which time I tried to call again and I still get a busy signal it seems like every time I go to KFC anymore they’re always missing something up or out of something or an extra long wait for something it’s not the KFC that I used to know and love KFC need to get with the program Colonel Sanders would probably be rolling in his grave if he knew food was going out like this
