Ordered the QP burger 3 trio 10.99$ and added trio starter 6$. Burger and bun served perfect, along with great fries. Our meal was excellent! The staff was excellent! Atmosphere inviting!

My boyfriend who lives two hours away was trying to do something nice and buy me molten chocolate lava cake. I went to pick up my to go order, and was home eating it in my car and I realized it was “molten”, I was sad about it and decided to call chilis to let them know that hey this was bought and given to me cold. The picture and description mentioned nothing about it being given cold, infact the opposite. I told the I was really sad about it. The manager simply said that’s how it comes in to go order. I told her there are not even instructions on how to heat it up. All i received is she’d pass it up to corporate.
I tried to be polite as best I could with the disappointment I was facing. The manager wasn’t rude with her tone she had a good customer service voice. But not when it came to rectifying unhappy customers.
For to go orders put disclaimers. Or better yet serve the food ready to eat, to go orders are made so we as customers don’t have to do any prep or cooking.
I don’t like chilis but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they keep proving I shouldn’t.

Service was good, could be more attentive but they were busy so that’s totally understandable. Food was overall pretty average, not sure if they switched the salsa brand or what but it wasn’t as good as before. Steak was cooked well though and the fajitas were also pretty good. I’d come again

This was always my brothers choice to go for his birthday dinner and I really hated this place in the past . This year it was fantastic. Apparently they have new management and new staff. The food was great. The well done steak was so good I forgot about all the other food on my plate, and I ate it with no teeth or A1. The staff was a lot nicer and more welcoming. We all had a great time.

Food and service were amazing! Cheeseburger was perfect and delicious. Soup and quesadillas were so good! Shout out to Stevie for her awesome hospitality! We will definitely be coming back soon!

I’m so glad we stopped by this chilis. We are from out of town, as soon as I entered I was greeted and welcomed in, my server Stevie was so kind and attentive. But what really shocked me and made this place stand out was the manager, Anastasia. She stopped by to welcome us in and ask how we’re doing, at first I thought we knew her by the way she made us feel so comfortable like we had been coming here for years but nope this was our first time! Our meal was delicious and the vibe of the whole restaurant was just amazing. You can tell the staff that day really care about what they do.

We were advised upon arrival that they were short of kitchen staff, so the food might take longer than usual. This ended up not being the case. Our drinks were always replaced before they were empty, the food was timely and fresh, and our waitress (Nicki) was FANTASTIC!! She was friendly, professional, and accommodating. She was knowledgeable of the menu and kept busy without neglecting her customers.
12/3 visit was much less impressive in regards to service. I had to get up and get my own silverware and straw after requesting it twice. It would be safe to say we saw our waitress every 20 minutes or so and received more attention from the staff who was running her food. I wish we had requested a different section.
1/28 visit – service was terrible. We had to ask multiple times for the same things. We were walked past several times by our waitress before she even took our drink order. I think it would be safe to say that we will not be back to this location unless something changes dramatically.

The bar tender shanelle did a hell of a job with my food and taking care of me! I’m working down in Marshall at the ford plant and I’ve came in here a few times and this has by far been my best experience! She’s the best bartender you guys have in my opinion! She works her ass off and kick ass to take care of her costumers and you can tell she loves her job! 10/ 10 great service! Will definitely come back

It took a little while for us to be greeted but Josh totally made up for it. I come from Florida and I am used to top notch service, but since I have been in Battle Creek I have not seen ONE server refill without asking, upsell, check back in within a reasonable time, not forget items or sauces, or be so kind and have such a positive attitude. Coming from a server who has worked in fine dining and very strict restaurants, Josh deserves a lot of recognition! He is by far the best server I have seen out of all of the times I have come to this location. I hope the management recognizes and acknowledges that too! I thought I would post my review on here because the kiosk at the table timed out. We will definitely come back!

I wasn’t satisfied with our service. I came in with my two kids and Matt (our server) made me feel rushed to order when I was trying to figure out what two kids plus what I wanted to eat for dinner. I also felt like he sat and watched us the entire time as we ate and made it awkward. I also think his extremely long finger nails are a health code violation and honestly made me want a new server. Probably won’t be coming back for awhile.
