Drive thru wrapped around the building..we went inside. You must order at kiosk..only card and to go orders (no problem). We understand being short staffed.so we waited. When we got our food..ick. The fries had no salt and not hot. Big Mac barely warm and the chicken sandwich tasted like fish and was rubbery. The best part of the meal was the coca cola. Worst MCDONALD’S EVER

I really don’t like reading negative reviews but I think this might help. I had a new crispy chicken sandwich and it was burnt and it was dry. I was really let down because I was really hungry I’m sure you can relate. I hope this McDonald’s can do better God bless you guys

Table service leaves a bit to be desired. Sometimes they bring your order to the table and sometimes they just holler out an order number that quickly disappears from the app. Drinks, napkins, and some condiments are never included in the table service, regardless if they’re included in the order. When delivering, they rarely ask if there’s anything else needed, as is done at some other locations. Being a small-town location, service ought to be a key differentiator.

I don’t want to review the food because it’s standard McD’s food and the food here was fine. I just wanted to give the staff a 5 star review for keeping a clean place, being professional and serving their customers quickly and politely. The manager on duty was a Hispanic female and she was running that place like a well oiled machine. Great job all!

My husband and I stopped in on Saturday September 13, 2025 about 5:45 PM. We visited the rest rooms and came back to the counter to place our order. We stood and waited to be greeted. Three staff just standing there looking at us. One staff said to another staff, ” Hey, do we have counter service?” Staff replied to staff, “No, we do not have counter service!” And then she walked right in front of us and she ignored us…Staff said to other staff, ” We offer Kiosk ordering only.” And all staff still ignored us! They walked to the back and left us standing at the counter. So, we left! We are 66 years old and we know rudeness and disrespect when it shows it ugly head. So, we went to a restaurant that treated us like valued customers.
Someone needs to teach customer service.

Surprised no option to rate management, but my one star stems from that. Not sure if the local owner or corporate, but whoever added that automated AI response should be fired immediately because it is so disrespectful of the employees and me as a consumer.
It asks for your order before the employee is ready to take the order, so majority of the time I have to repeat my order after I have given when the person is finally ready.
I just can’t imagine how many people berate the employee for this instead of management. Such a lose/lose for employee & consumers, so I am boycotting this McDonald’s or any that do this until they respect both of us more.
Let me know if y’all ever do the right thing and would be happy to reconsider as I love some McDonald’s on occasion.

NOT ONLY were the fries literally upside down in the bag, but the trash was overflowing and there was drink spilled in the floor. No wet floor sign to be found. The teenagers working were screaming explicitaves to where the entire restaurant could hear them. They also forgot our sauces. All of them. The food was okay-ish, but the customer service needs some SERIOUS work. They either need new management, or a better shift leader on duty. I work in the food industry, so it takes a lot for me to be so critical. I will not be returning.
