Very awkward staff, which is to be expected since some of them are in high-school, but if someone is just trying to order stop trying to argue with them.
I ordered a medium iced coffee,I’ve been ordering the same thing for 3 years at many different McDonald’s. I was given a small cup because kid said I ordered a “mc-cafe.” I did not. I ordered an iced coffee. It’s highlighted on the cup, a small for an iced coffee is infact the medium for a McCafe drink. I pick up a medium cup and pointed to the highlighted yellow box which stated the same thing. He wouldn’t look at it and said “that’s a medium mc cafe cup.”
Yes, it was. But it was a small iced coffee cup. He walked away to go get someone else, who asked me the same question then grabbed me an other coffee. There was no need for that to be that complicated. On top of that I asked for 2 creams..both times no cream but I didn’t feel like arguing anymore. This is the 2nd time this cup thing has happened, last time I let it go since I was rushing around. Their service just sucks, and I rarely post these. Just go to the burger king, way better staff and no cold soggy food.

I go here every day for a frappe. The staff at the drive through are very nice and helpful. They will assist you in any way possible. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a very frustrating experience at McDonald’s Saturday night. My friend and I waited about 40 minutes in the drive thru just for 2 McChickens and fries. When we finally got our order, the manager only handed us fries at first and said that was everything. Later she gave us just ONE of the two McChickens we paid for.
When I politely told her we ordered two, she accused us of already eating one that she never even gave us. I showed her the bag (which only had fries in it earlier), but she refused to listen and shut the drive thru window while we were trying to explain. There were several cars behind us, so it’s possible the order got mixed up, but the rude attitude and unwillingness to hear us out made the situation much worse.

I dont normally write negative about a place BUT I was there last night and was places 2 orders in the drive thru….. I got the first order done and started the 2nd but was asked to pull forward. I thought that they needed to finish it at the windows. I pull forward and they ask for the money for the first order and then tell me to have a nice night. I want to say that the whole time the person taking my order was giggling and not paying attention while I was placing my order. So I pull up to get the food that was ordered and they handed me someone else’s food.i corrected them and they then proceeded to ask what my passenger had ordered again and then I was handed the order and the manager was there at this point. I told her she needed to have a meeting with her employees and get them under control and explained why. She asked if I wanted to place my order again. I then said absolutely not, have a good night and went to the taco bell next door. I believe the owner of this McDonald’s needs to be more involved as I wasn’t the only one who visited there yesterday. My friend also said she was through there and they we’re swearing like sailors when she was ordering. Heard that right over the intercom for ordering. COME ON MCDONALD’S! GET A GRIP ON YOUR EMPLOYEES. MAYBE BETTER TRAINING OR A REFRESHER!

We stopped at this McDonald’s to get dinner on our road trip. Even with both managers working in the kitchen, there was still a 20 minute wait, and then my cheese burger had 2 bottom halves of the bun and the other sandwich we got did not have the tomato that was requested. They were busy but they were all very disorganized. We have all grown accustomed to fast service from a McDonald’s, this one was a disappointment, especially since we wanted to get to our destination by dark. We will not be going here on our next road trip.

Ordered a fish filet sand. and a custom cheeseburger, and med fries. Got burger a d fries. Had to go back into store to get the fish sand. Manager was nice about it though. Gave me an apple pie for my trouble. About 5 miles down the road ate the meal. Burger was,good as usual. Fries were only warm and shrunk from sitting. Fish sandwich was slightly warm inside, roll a d fish dry. Obviously been sitting for quite some time. I had McD fish sandwiches before and they are really delicious. This and fries were terrible. Won’t return to that particular McDonalds.

Worst McDonald’s 40 mins for a Carmel frappe and the bad thing is it’s 15 mins to another location so this is what we are stuck with! 20 people back there and they are consistently making mistakes and there times are beyond ridiculous for putting food out!! Fast food do better train better! Came in at 10:25 for breakfast they don’t stop till 10:30 the lady continues to walk away from me and my daughter for 5 minutes straight finally comes up I say I was here for breakfast she says sorry I can’t give you breakfast!! They don’t loose customers only because they are the only McDonald’s around which is ridiculous

I usually dont get McDonald’s but I decided to stop because i wanted something quick, I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes till i got my food and by the time i got my food my fry looked like it was half eaten. I dont understand paying 15 dollars for “fast food” that takes forever and you barely get anything. The window to the kitchen is open and I saw people on their phones and messing around, I heard people swearing and just acting a fool. I feel like this reminded me why i don’t go to McDonald’s
