How can one screw up an order that’s printed in front of them. You wait on a long line but yet it’s supposed to be fast food, you pre-order your food so that you don’t wait. You get your food and it’s wrong plus it’s lukewarm! I’ve never had this problem at Chic Fila.

They have moved all condiments behind the counter and literally charge you for them when you buy a meal. Then do another transaction of .28 cents for a buffalo sauce pack. Not saying the price is too high for a sauce packet i will say that’s extremely petty and see why you guys are 3 stars in a town where you’re one of the only places to eat. I thought they was joking at first. I did not get any sauce with my order that i had just placed so this wasn’t asking for extra sauce. The lady up front was nice and you could tell she felt bad. Completely not her fault.

Yeah so I don’t like leaving negative reviews but between the attitude from the girl at the drive thru, and the quality of the food i ordered I’m only coming in the day time. Like…the girls attitude and the fact this is the most pathetic sundae on the planet.

Every time we come here they get the order wrong. The staff either can’t read or they can’t count, probably both. Missed a breakfast burrito first order the other week. Today they missed the fries. Not sure why we keep coming back but this is a reminder to stop trying here.
Won’t make the mistake again if ordering more than 2 items because they just can’t handle it.
Don’t continue to frustrate yourself. Save yourself the trouble and eat at home or go somewhere else, unless you have time to waste or don’t mind the incompetence here.

Ssslllooowwww. They can’t handle rush hour. No matter what time of day I go, I’ve never had less than a ten minute wait. Even with the APP. One morning I went to the parking spot and used the app. After 15 minutes, the app said I had my food and enjoy my day. I had to go inside, ask what happened. They ran out of cooked food and gave my food to the drive thru for priority. From parking to leaving, was almost 30 minutes. I’m understanding about running the business….but let’s not kick people out of line for your profit margin.

How does one confuse the words “NO pickles” with “EXTRA” ♀️ McDonald’s in general has gotten pretty nasty. But this one tends to have sloppy, poorly made food. The staff all look like they hate life and are miserable, maybe that’s why they don’t understand what no pickles means.
You can forget about getting service in the dining room. And there’s no point in having 2 drive thru’s with only 1 order taker. but don’t worry, after waiting forever to place your order, you’ll get to be pulled down and parked for another 15+ minutes to get your order which will surely be wrong.
Privately owned so prices are jacked up higher than normal locations and then you add in the towns lovely double meal tax and it makes you wonder if you’ll need a payday loan to afford a QPC meal.

As McDonald’s go, this is a good one. Found the crew to be agreeable, the fries done well and fresh and in general a good experience. Hey, it’s McDonald’s, you know what they serve and what the menu is. Service was reasonably timed.
It does have the strangest decor I have ever seen in a McDonald’s and I have seen a lot of them. I don’t know how all the elements fit together. Just a hodgepodge.
And finally, why did you have the Caution Wet Floor warnings up at all 4 visits?

I’ve worked here. But I’ve been through the drive thru several times this week. I ordered a mcdouble only ketchup. 4 out of 5 they couldn’t get right. Plus the way looks is nasty in itself. I get it’s fast food. But still take pride in your work. This place has gotten BAD on orders. Beware to say the least.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and a large fry to go. Came home, and the fry is served 1/2 full. I understand they do not have to be packed but this is crazy. I want 1/2 my money back. I was hoping they were just spilled in the bag but no, not even one. When you order from this place, check amount of fries you have before leaving the restaurant if not eating there.

I asked them to remake thier mistake and they remade my food with extreme stupidity by throwing a bunch of onion on my sandwich. When I asked for the sauce they forgot the worker repeated my request to another worker in a mocking way. My food was cold, salty, the nuggets were soggy and tasted old. Highly immature bunch.
