Placed a mobile order to pick up. Upon arriving they had a sign taped to the speaker box that they could only do fried foods. That’s fine. We ordered two pretzels & a small blast. The first female gave us our blast quickly; She was very friendly. Another female employee came over to give us our pretzels, and basically threw the bag at us. I Asked if the cheese sauce was in the bag and she gave an ugh kinda sound like she was annoyed. She then walked away and came back with them. I could tell she was very annoyed with me for asking so we just left and went home. I placed the cheese sauce in the bag & just laid is on the lap since we live so close by. Once I got home I seen a stain on my new shirt, only to realize she gave me a bag drenched in grease. It left a grease stain on my shirt. Upsetting since my shirt is fairly new. Regardless still not okay whatsoever. I’ve attached some photos and you can clearly see the pretzels were dripping grease. I’m not eating that & your employees should NEVER be serving items this way to anyone.

I was brought the wrong order today. The teenager then took the order to the car next to mine and gave the order to that car and collected a bag from the other customer. He had given my order to another person. He then refused to remake my order because “the guy didn’t have it that long” and then tried to leave. I asked where my drink was and he acted confused. I told him my drink order and he runs off. The gentleman in the car to my left then takes a sip from a drink in his cupholder. Smart on him but it makes me wonder if he snatched any of my fries/ contaminated my food in any way. In the teen’s defense the other guy was parked in stall “6” and I was in “7”. Apparently that’s funny now? All of those jokes go over my head.

Staff is pretty rude. Act like it’s an inconvenience to bring food out to ya, even though you give them a tip. No thanks, have a good day, nada! The food is got today was pretty rough as well. Burger was over cooked, tots were good. My coke zero with extra cherry was just a plain coke zero. Forgot the cherry all together. Tried to let a carhop know and was just told sorry about that. Will not be back to this location as this is the 2nd time I had bad service and food here.

Every time I try and give this location another chance they disappoint. They seem to have trouble completing an order correctly. This location also often opts for putting the person with the least amount of customer service skills and instead ace an individual hell bent on letting you know just how uninterested she is in fulfilling the roll. Very slow. Food was so salty. As of is was salt breakfast with a little burrito. It made me vomit it was so salty. Also tater tots were not eatable from the amount of salt. Must be a smoker taste testing everything.

We’ve been here before and always had fine experiences but we tried to order online last Friday and all grill options were unavailable, so we ate somewhere else. It’s now Sunday and that same issue is occurring. I tried to call to see what was going on but there was no answer. We were just looking to get some snacks with some R44 drinks, but we’ll just go elsewhere.

Placed a mobile order of food and slushies. When I went to go pick it up, we got our slushies and were told to have a great one (The slushies weren’t blended). I couldn’t catch the girl before she walked away. Went through the drive through so I could get my food and we were rushed through. By the time I got home and took out the food, it wasn’t my order. I’m livid.

Idk who keeps this sonic open in falcon but every time I go, It’s bad food and terrible service. It’s the only fast food restaurant in falcon open till midnight. I got off work at 11:20, went there and all lights were off and building was already shut down. I get being understaffed but this location continuously fails providing any type of quality service
