I just tried the new mcdonalds burger called the BIG ARCH. It weighs a ton. Even the carton was huge. You gotta try it. Price wasn’t too bad, $15 bucks for the meal. This burger will fill you up. The delivery was quick and the delivery guy was professional.

I just went picked up my order at the curbside pick up and had the nicest encounter with a young lady Aneshia(I think that’s her name: she had black glasses with a blue and gold head wrap). She was a genuinely nice person and just made the few moments interaction a great one. I overall find this particular location a good experience every time, my order is always right even when I ask for custom orders due to my kids being picky. You can tell that management sets the tone on customer service.

The headset wasn’t working had to drive around 3 times to only stop at the pick up window. Fries tasted like they been there forever dried up cardboard, the chicken mcnuguts tasted like rubber, was not good I asked for sauce and didn’t get wasn’t asked about other condiments at all.

This has to be one if the WORST McDonald’s I have gone to and what sucks is it’s the closest to my house. This McDonald’s doesn’t hire teenagers however the adults that are there have the worst attitudes and act like they hate being there. Service is slow and food is mid. Half the time I’m given cold food and once I was given a pack of cookies with the time sticker saying 5:30am (it was 8pm at night when I got them) they don’t follow instructions on the app at all. I’ve had hair in my food before. And there’s literally something forgotten from my order just about every time I go. The few nice employees there have either left or switched shifts cuz I never see them anymore. I have put in several surveys and have NEVER been reached out to. They do NOT care about the customers or quality of food.

So mcdonalds is utter trash now. I was waiting for a friend to gonto lowes i wanted a hot fudge sundae. Well…, i walk in, the kid taking the order speaks so low he has to repeat himself 3 times before i even heard his greeting. As a rule i haven’t gone into a mcdonalds for 3 years.
So i order a sundae. But its literally 2 minutes and i watch the girl in the back make the Sundae 1/2 full with ice-cream then put the mc cafe chocolate on it and bring it out to me. The manager Ben .. honestly he should have been fired a long time ago, i show him the sunday and he tells me that its fudge and he rather then listen or look laughs in my face. But what ben doesn’t know is that i used to import cocoa beans and roast them for my friends chocolate business thats been around for over 100 years. And i made pastries as a hobby with chefs in baltimore , and i hve 2020 vision and know what a bottle of squeeze syrup looks like instead of the iconic pump hot fudge of the mcdonalds hot fudge sunday. The reason i get to angry is because of the fact i have a medium size construction company and i used to grab 50-100 bucks worth of mcdonalds at a time and i would of course pay first at the first window and then second window theybsay sorry but the ice cream machine is down and they will not refund you in line. So basically ripping me off over a sundae.
But the real star is Ben he was rude condescending and told me he would show me im wrong. Anyone notice the new mcdonalds layout hides the cook staff? And how your meals are handled ???? Makes me distrust these people even more. Mcdonalds is just another dying american franchise too bloated to lazy, too expensive to offer value in the marketplace. Any good memories i had there are now replaced with animosity because if people like ben. Oh by the way mcdonalds i will never take this post down. EVER
Mcdonalds they say click a link, that have all the names dates and places and people. Why doni have to do anything the onus is on them. But of course they have no concept of reponsibilty. No courtesy just a rude out of the box rude reponse. Tone dead, you idnt lose a customer you lost a family of customers and… made a deteactor which by market data says that thats 17 cutomers/ familys. My kids will never have a nice day in your restaraunt and bring their kids sonits already doomed you just dont have a vested interest

This is the slowest McDonald’s in the tri-state area. My man has been waiting 20 minutes for ONE $6 meal and he is still there waiting. So much for FAST food. They always tell you to pull forward to keep their times down. They also NEVER give the Ranch they make you pay extra for now.

Just ordered a happy meal and a #2 with no pickles. Pretty simple order. Mention the no pickles again when paying for the order and again wjen picking it up. The tag on the burger says no pickles. There were at least two pickle slides on the burger……clearly the instructions weren’t followed.

Drive through is ok but expect to be ignored if you try to order inside. I usually go for breakfast. Check for your hash browns before you leave. For some reason that part of my order is frequently wrong.

The food was actually delicious! 5 for the food, 1 for the service. I walked up to the counter after seeing a gentleman order. Then got told that they caught them at the register and if I could go order at a kiosk. It was awful the kiosk is at least a minute or two slower because sim not proficient at ordering food on it. We were in a hurry so it was a little inconvenient.
