So…ordered and paid for a classic chicken and they gave me a crispy chicken (see pics) and then dude showed me something a bit larger than a nugget with black flecks in it that he stated were pepper (?) and said that was a jr chicken. But then said that the jr chicken is the same as the crispy chicken (aka the nugget looking thing) and that the first piece I had (left on my image) was in fact a classic chicken. He then went to the back and brought me out the piece (on the right in pic) and said QUOTE “I gave you the largest one I had in the bin”. It was bigger. It wasn’t fresh. It was barely warm. Who caused this? Was it the owner being cheap? Was it the manager lying? Was it the worker not knowing the difference? And my fries! Literally 14 in the box. No lie. 14 fries. And the bathrooms were nasty. They always, always stink like sewer or dirty mop head but today no paper towel either. Honestly I can’t with this location. I posted a pic of what a classic chicken is supposed to look like.

Drive through has been rough lately. We ordered a large nugget, fry, & diet. We get the same and say the same thing every time. But past 2 times we’ve been told verbatim “You didn’t say that” and did nothing to fix the situation.

Giving a 4star for manager Ansen bc without him, it would’ve been a 1. Dining room still closed- has been open maybe 3days in 2+yrs. Ordered a Baconator. That used to be a large sandwich. It had 2pieces of bacon. Two. I know they don’t make the burgers fresh anymore. They must sit in trays bc they are cold, hard and dry. I called to complain and Ansen was very polite and professional. Apologized and will replace on next visit.

It may have been an off day, but the roof was leaking everywhere. Wait was exceptionally long. (Only 2 guests in front) food tasted stale. Maybe too much made for lunch rush? The host was very polite and kind. That was the experience only saving grace. Maybe get him a new uniform shirt. Ripped clothes not a very good look.

Totally downside was that in one bathroom the faucet did not work. My son had to wait with soapy hands for the other bathroom to open up so he could finish washing his hands.

I had a not so good experience today. They forgot to put the condiments I asked for in the bag. I ordered the Bourbon burger and they forgot half the ingredients. And last, my drink had a bug in it.. I haven’t been to this location lately and won’t be going back.

Despite being one of three customers in the facility at the time with no one in the drive thru, the food wasn’t fresh at all. This is the poorest excuse for a Son of Baconator I’ve ever seen. The only good part about my visit was the cashier. I didn’t catch her name but she had braces.
