You would think based on reviews this place is disgusting. I was bracing myself not gonna lie. But it was so so clean. Drink station was immaculate. Floors and tables immaculate. The staff was attentive despite a very busy drive through. My food came out accurately despite a kind of weird order on my end and super fast – less than 5 minutes. The staff were playing around and seemed happy to be there but weren’t at all distracted. Food was exactly as expected. I was told to have a nice day on my way out. Not sure I’ve had a fast food experience this smooth and pleasant in a long time. Not sure what’s up with these Karens in the reviews or if they’ve just seriously stepped up their game but don’t let the past reviews scare you off.

Some of the worst Long John I have ever had. The ghetto one in Humble is better. They asked me to move up and wait because the district amanager was having a talk with ALL the emplyoess. Ok. So I’m guess I’ll get fresh and hot food. Nope. My frys were cold and stale. The hush puppies used to be my favorite. Not anymore. Tried to tear it on half. The inside was still cold. So just a layer came off. The shrimp did NOT taste good. The oil must be bad because every shrimp tasted bad. Made be even wonder of it was even shrimp for a minute. So disappointed in this location.

Kentucky Fried Chicken. It used to be finger lickin’ good, not anymore… Not for me. Original recipe was tasteless and should have gone with the extra crispy chicken. We also waited a half hour for the chicken to be made. Oh well, it was the place to go when I was a kid. It came with 2 sides, Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Everything needed salt. Biscuits are still good though. Later.

Went cause my father likes Long John Silvers, so this review is only for that side. The batter was a bit tough. The fried food had decent flavor, but the cole slaw was super sweet. Unfortunately its just not as good as a standalone LJS, but those are hard to come by anymore. Menu also limited compared to the full LJS.

Came for early lunch was not open. Went through drive through no one would take my order. Pulled up to window and was ignored. Pulled in parking lot and the doors were locked. All I got were stares but no customer service. Says opens at 10am on the site and on their door. Mind you it was a few minutes after 10 but stayed till 10:20 and still would not open. Disappointing

It is definitely Long John Silvers. Good quality is on par with the company for the past few years. Light on the crunchies (which used to be the best part). We drove for almost an hour to get here, not worth the drive. (The drive was needed for other reasons, otherwise I would be disappointed)

Absolute worst place to eat if I could give negative stars it would be-5 waited 15 min for them to take my order and ontop of that my order came out cold. There was another customer that showed up and after waiting 15 min they came with a condescending attitude “can I help you” customer said no you cant and left. This was that absolute worst service ever. Everyone in the back laughing and the whole lobby had disgusting tables. So they can talk and joke around with horrible service and disgusting establishment where they expect customers to eat at.

DO NOT EAT HERE! The soda machine was dirty everywhere. Looked like slime was on the dispenser where the soda comes out. Worried the ice might be contaminated. The floor was sticky, the chairs are dirty and the booths had mold around them. We saw a live cockroach crawling on the floor. The food didn’t taste fresh. The Shrimp was kind of hard. The fish and chicken was cold and tasted like it wasn’t cooked all the way. The hushpuppies were very dry. The cocktail sauce from the packet tasted old. The ceiling was black and you could see mold. This place needs to be shut down. Nobody should be eating here. It is a health hazard and needs the health department to inspect it. We left completely disgusted and should have asked for our money back. Avoid this place.

I love Long John Silvers. I know it’s not a popular opinion, but it’s just a childhood favorite for me. They are hard to find, and most when you do find them are not the best. This location was clean. The staff was friendly and kicking butt with a very busy drive thru and lots of Uber eats orders. They took my order quickly, and my food was ready in no time. The chicken, fish, and shrimp were cooked to perfection. The slaw was the KFC slaw, not the traditional Long John Silvers. However, KFC slaw is probably the best around, so I wasn’t mad. Overall, it was a great experience, and now that I know where it is, I’ll be back all the time.
