Amazing food and even better service. Everything came out fast, and the servers were very attentive the entire time. The manager/supervisor was impressive to watch—keeping the cooks on point and making sure orders were done right. You can really tell the team works well together. Have been going to this location for years. Today’s visit was the absolute worst. I sat in an available seat at the counter and waited over 5 minutes before someone came over to ask me what I wanted. Usually, someone approaches me before I am able to sit down. I had to wait for coffee to be made rather than it be made as soon as the original pot is finished. Order my regular bacon egg and cheese biscuit plate, specifically requesting NO pickle be on the plate. The order was done in about 15 minutes. However, not only were pickles soaked with pickle juice under my hash browns but sausage was on my sandwich rather than bacon. I had to waive my waitress down to ask for bacon and by the time I received it, the sandwich was cold. This is not the first time something similar has happened. I have to virtually beg to not receive pickles on my plate. Even mentioning it several times a while placing my order, it is on my plate.

Waitress with pink hair has an attitude problem. She seemed annoyed we were there. My mom went to grab a second menu and the waitress pipes up and was like “i was gonna bring u one!” With a tone. Funny thing was there was no menu in her hand so no you weren’t. So we left and went to ihop instead

Absolutely the worst Waffle House experience I’ve ever had in my life. Regina was our server and she basically ignored us the entire time. She messed up a very simple order, forgot the to-go boxes two times-to the point where I had to ask her for them. She was talking to other employees the whole meal and never gave us refills or any sort of consideration. As someone who has been a server, her demeanor was atrocious and appalling. She left the building for 20 minutes at one point, leaving us and her other customers sitting around waiting for our checks. A dollar tip would’ve been too much for the service we received.

this location – and especially Kemper – is always SO fun and SO entertaining and welcoming! this?? this is what a waffle house should always be. ever since I “had a wife and wouldn’t keep her” ( first wife, keep up folks ), i knew Waffle House was legendary just because she didn’t like me hanging out there all night through college. fast forward 30 years, and here my wife and i are loving life waffles eggs and rhymes! thanks Crew!!
