Justin is the best part of this Chili’s. I mean no disrespect to anybody else, but this man is personable, positive, kind, authentic, and good at his job. I’ve met him a few times, and he has made the experience particularly positive and driven me to want to come back. He is an excellent server, and he really makes you feel welcome. 5 stars for Justin!

Gabe at Chili’s in Loveland, CO is an absolute legend.
From the second we sat down, he was locked in—friendly, fast, and actually gave a damn about our table. Drinks never went empty, food came out hot and exactly right, and he checked in without hovering. That’s a skill.
You can tell Gabe takes pride in what he does. He made the whole experience smooth, fun, and stress-free, which is rare these days. If every waiter worked like him, restaurants wouldn’t struggle to keep customers.
If you’re eating at Chili’s in Loveland, ask for Gabe. Dude deserves recognition, raises, and whatever employee-of-the-month plaque they’ve got collecting dust.

Our table for 4 came several minutes early. The staff was very friendly. I never once had to ask for a refill or any kind of help for that matter.
The food was a solid “A”.
Our table was slightly wet looking. Almost looked like someone left some liquid behind when cleaning. At least we know they are cleaning them.

Jorge and the whole team was so fantastic! Such a busy night and the service, speed, quality was such a great experience! We come here often and our experience is always like this when we come here but tonight was an extra cherry on top, especially from the manager on duty who visited us and made our ending extra sweet!
