Just bought two banh mi Hanoi at the foodtruck. Service and employees are excellent, too bad that the food lacked. Avocado is hard (like chewing on a hard carrot), bread dry as hell (now I get why there were so many pigeons) toppings 30% and bread 70%. I’d like to revisit and have a better meal!

Stopped by for a fried (chicken) spring roll. It was freshly fried. Hot and crispy. I very much enjoyed it.
Also bought 2 fresh spring rolls (chicken and prawn) to take home, which were also very tasty.
I have not figured out which days they are open. At the moment, they are only open a couple of days per week. But, in summer, they will be open every day.
Good value for money.
Will come back to try their Banh Mi/sandwiches.

– harmonious flavor, easy to eat (although Vietnamese food often has a strong, clear flavor),
– very reasonable price, good service staff,
– atmosphere like eating on the sidewalk in Vietnam.
2. Cons:
– chicken banh mi is not popular in Vietnam (more likely pork), and there is not a variety of meat options.
– the coriander is not fresh.
