Very family friendly vibe with screens everywhere to catch your favorite sport. The portion sizes are good, loved the clam chowder. The service even for a busy day is super quick.

We just had our daughter’s first birthday party up in the South room at this location. The staff members were so kind and attentive. The food was great. Our guests especially complimented the pizza and mac n’ cheese. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at a very reasonable price. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

Mother’s Day luncheon today and first time here. Mill setting, spacious and clean. Nice views of the river.
The food was good; my baked haddock was ok, the house salad was fresh and crisp, the stuffed baked potato mediocre. The others loved the steak and chicken combos.
First time trying fried pickles. Didn’t expect to like them, but they were great dipped in the sauce.
Service was EXCELLENT.

We recently hosted my sister’s baby shower at this establishment, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was beyond amazing. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and so genuinely helpful.
While I was still finishing up setting up, we needed assistance bringing in a guest who uses a wheelchair. The manager Cheryl G went above and beyond by meeting them in the parking lot and personally pushing her all the way into the room and getting her settled in her chair. This thoughtful gesture allowed our guests to comfortably enjoy the event and gather gifts without needing to make multiple trips.
I also want to give a special thank-you to the event coordinator, Dawn, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire planning process!
The level of care, kindness, and professionalism shown by the entire team truly stood out. It made the day completely stress-free and even more special for our family. Absolutely wonderful staff and an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this venue for any special occasion.

This place completely exceeded my expectations. I went in expecting typical bar food, but was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. We ordered:
Fish & Chips – Fresh, perfectly golden and crispy, paired with house-made tartar sauce that was absolutely delicious. A true New England classic, and they nailed it.
Clam Chowder – Another local staple, and once again, they did not disappoint. The only thing I wanted after finishing was more chowdaaaa.
BBQ Bacon Burger – My boyfriend ordered his medium rare (he’s convinced he’s Gordon Ramsay now), and they cooked it perfectly. Great portion size, generous bacon, and all the classic toppings (lettuce, pickles, onions, and tomato) made for a seriously satisfying burger.
I highly recommend this spot for a family dinner, date night, or even a casual night out with friends. One thing to note (not necessarily a negative) is that it’s tucked away from the main road—but honestly, that just adds to the hidden gem vibe.
Definitely worth checking out.

My family and I recently held a mercy meal at The Establishment after my grandmother’s funeral, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and warmth.
Our server, Ryan, was absolutely outstanding. He ran the bar, served the food, checked in on every table, and somehow managed to do it all with a genuine smile. His kindness truly made an emotional day so much easier for all of us. He kept everything running smoothly and treated our family with such respect — we are beyond grateful.
The room setup was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the warm cookies they served at the end were the perfect comforting touch. Everything felt thoughtful and intentional.

I’ve been to The Establishment for multiple events now including my own baby shower, a baby shower I attended, and most recently, my aunt’s 60th birthday party—and every single experience has been fantastic! The food is consistently delicious, and the service is top-notch. Cheryl, our server last night, was an absolute doll—so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Great Place they’ve got here. We were here for a 60th Surprise Party and the event staff Megan, Sofia and Luuuuke handled it with much ease. Our group loves to party and have a good time and they made sure to give us what we came for. Megan, Sofia and Luke were taking and making drink orders faster than John Taffer can yell “shut it down”. The space was clean and well lit, the tvs were easy to set up our photo slide show via Apple AirPlay thanks to Megan’s help. Food was hot and fresh with plenty of quick refills by the team. Will definitely tell friends who are planning functions to give The Establishment a call! Great work and thank you

Definitely recommend The Establishment! Ryan provided great service friendly and professional. Several menu options for everyone. We ordered Haddock, Steak and Cheese, Bacon Burger and a kids meal pasta they even offered a fruit roll up with the kids meal! We spent around $80. Comfortable fun atmosphere. Can’t wait to go again.
