Long story short, it is good value buffet.
For the price, it is great. I didnt expect much because of price. I knew about this place but was little far from where i live. I was passing by and had to try. I loved coconut shrimp. Desert was not bad. More than 4 different ice cream flavors. Food was fresh. Staff was keep refilling.

Wow its actually been so long since my last visit that I wasnt even sure they were still
open. But we’re glad they are still in business!
The food may not be the most exceptional but they are still good. If youre hungry, cant decide what to eat and just want quick service, then Tokyo Hibachi is one of those quick options.
Unlike before, they are not so dreadfully busy anymore and so we were seated right away. The food quality was the same as I remember and i still enjoy their sushi selection. Well pretty much everything is good (maybe one or two stars less) however the place needs a make over. It looks so outdated, the restroom is dark and dirty and the place would benefit from a fresher and newer look. It would add to a nicer experience but overall im glad this place is still around.

We visited Tokyo Hibachi recently and we enjoyed the food. We tried the vegetable hibachi and chicken hibachi. Both came with soup, salad and shrimp. The cocktail we tried was great. The waitress accommodated our dietary restrictions but missed out on placing our order for sushi rolls. We didn’t mind because the hibachi was very filling by itself. The hibachi experience was good but we have had better – the chef seemed a bit nervous, there were no cool tricks with the egg and no soju served.

Chanced upon this place and decided to give the hibachi a try. We had the filet mignon and shrimp hibachi combo. Generous portion of fried rice and noodles (the fried rice was especially tasty!), prawns were fresh, large and succulent and the steak was a perfect medium rare (as we asked for). The chef was entertaining and interactive too.
The restaurant environment does the food a bit of a disservice- it’s a tad too dim and quiet, and the toilets feel very old.
Overall it’s a decent no frills place if you’re looking for affordable hibachi.

I came with my family (4 adults and 2 teenagers) and went to the hibachi side. They also have a buffet but I’m not a big fan of buffet. It was much like other hibachi experiences I’ve had. They put on a little show while prepping/cooking your food in front of you. I would say this was on the lower side of “show” quality. The food itself didn’t start off well as the first thing they serve to the plate from the grill is the rice. The rice was missing seasoning and only contained soy sauce, oil and egg. Something they do here that I personally haven’t seen at this type of place is they give you noodles and rice. This is the standard, you can get just one thing or the other but don’t expect them to ask you what you want. After the meats/seafood started getting added to the plate the meal was very good. The meats were all tender and flavorful filling missing flavor of the rice itself. A scoop of ice cream is also included. Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and green tea were the flavors offered but nothing special about these.

this is actually one of the most disgusting meals I have ever eaten in my life. Food was pretty much not edible. The waiters were talking about me and my table in a different language. Staring at us while we at our disgusting food. Do not ever come here and don’t waste ur money. Food was over $100 for 4 people.

Large buffet; quick to be seated and served drinks; friendly staff; lots of seafood choices and delicious desserts. Great family atmosphere & kid friendly. It is on the pricey side. It is often very crowded, the food is not the greatest tasting but it’s still pretty good.

It was nice and clean. Need some updates. Especially in the women’s bathroom. Food was good. Good price for lunch buffet. entry to the restaurant is confusing cuz you got three or four different signs but then you have to enter the restaurant in the middle of the mall or shopping center whatever you want to call it

After reading the reviews we were kinda skeptical about going here so we actually drove somewhere else for habachi(even tho we are staying at the hotel next door). Got to the other spot and turned around once they didn’t cook in front of you. We went back to Tokyo and after walking in we were seated and greeted right away. We were amazed on how cheap the lunch specials were ( again kinda worried us) but the food was so good, the chef was awesome and we had so much leftover for only $13 a plate. Definitely give them a try if you are in the area cuz we’ll definitely be back!
