I ordered a sandwich and this is what I got lmao 2 tenders on a bun. they purposely mess up delivery orders because they know you can’t check them but I’m omw to do some checking. Offering someone to come all the way back for a remake without anything extra like a drink or a fry is POOR management. They took the wrong sandwich and gave me the right one after trying to give me a cold old one laying around. even tho I had to come back hours later

Manger is so unapproachable because he doesn’t care about the customers. He let me stand there for my pick up order that was right there on the shelf getting cold. He couldn’t muster up a “thank you” if his life depended on it. No it wasn’t busy but with a staff of 7-10 people they were still behind. A crew is only as good as the captain so this ship has sunk! Take my $$ somewhere where it’s appreciated.

This place used to be very good. Recently they can’t get our order correct. Latest snafu caused us to be missing a thigh(if you want to call them that) and a coleslaw. I think that piece in the picture is supposed to be a thigh.

I don’t leave reviews on food, but I felt inclined to do so here due to the inconsistency I’ve had with this Popeyes doordashing experience. This is the third time I’ve ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with their buy 1 get 1 offer (both are marked Spicy Chicken Sandwich) and they have given me the wrong sandwiches. The packaging of my items was very poor this go around as well. My sandwich bags weren’t wrapped with care and my Large Cajun Fries box was falling apart. The box was shredded at the top and had large tears in it. My food was extremely cold (Which isn’t surprising. This has happened twice). I only DoorDash when I’m at work and prefer to spend no more than $30 altogether. Personally, I feel that Popeyes buy 1 get 1 offer is one of the most reasonable offers you can find on this app. This is why I’ve given it chance after chance. However, after this reoccurring experience, it’s not a bang for my buck if I can’t have what I paid for.

I really like Popeye’s chicken, but not at this place. The service was beyond horrible. I placed my order st the counter. People who came in after me were served. After 15-20 minutes, I went back up to the counter and there was no record of my order. I had to hand them my receipt. Regarding the chicken because it was fried, of course it is going to be greasy, but this chicken was hyper greasy.

Very unsanitary. Disgusting poor customer service I ordered a chicken sandwich classic and they put mayonnaise packets in our sandwiches it’s disgusting. Instead of just putting mayonnaise on the sandwich. Especially when you’re supposed to be preparing our meals with gloves on why would you put packaged condiments inside our food?
Gross . Definitely missing common sense.

The prices gone up, but the quality of food and service has gone down. $35 for two five piece spicy chicken tender meal. Went through the drive through, and was told to pull up. Did so and after 15-20 minutes of waiting I went inside. Went to the cashier asked them what happened and their response was ” Oh we forgot about you.” I wasnt the only one they forgot about either. Two other people also had to do the same thing at the same time. Got home and the food was below par. There wasn’t five tenders in my basket, not spicy, and overall bland. Waited way too long for the crappy food.

When I tell you I was about to write a scathinggggg review…. I went through the drive thru and everything from the service to the old food they gave me was horrible. When I returned to get my order remade, after sitting in the drive thru, I was asked if I could drive around as they were waiting for fresh nuggets. As I waited with so much irritation, the new GM pulls up and must of seen my face as she was walking in. She IMMEDIATELY asked me what I ordered and if I would accept tenders in place of nuggets, so I wouldn’t have to continue to wait, to which I said yes. Mind you, my entire experience lasted almost an hour which consisted of me driving home and driving back as well as waiting for over 30 mins after I had paid. However, in a matter of 5 minutes, she fixed it!! Customer service and common courtesy goes a long way. Communication and respect is needed from both the staff and the customers. She did what it seems 5 or so other people couldn’t do which was to give me what I paid for and made fresh. I appreciate her stepping right in and fixing the situation. I can’t wait to see the great things she will do with this place. Popeyes already has a bad name but I can say they have at least one good apple in the bunch. It’s the little things that matter. Thank you!

They managed to take the sauce out of everything the wings came plain and the strawberry Fanta was missing the strawberries. I would not order delivery from here because it takes away the option to get your food remade and clearly they have someone blind making the food for delivery. One Plus they couldn’t mess up the mac & cheese or biscuit

Today I ordered the 2 can dine wings n tenders meal from 67 W Mercury Blvd in Hampton. 1 didn’t get a pie, Cool…took the points. Opened the tenders box, and the tenders were cold. Ok…Took that…Break the tender open and some not done completely..Jump on the chat and they just give me points…We’ll what am I supposed to do with that?..That don’t cover delivery fee to order a replacement or anything, then they just let the phone ring to busy signal! Biscuits hard and cold like hockey pucks! Thought doing a lunch time order would work out…GUESS THAT WAS THE WRONG IDEA!
