Unlike the way I received my meal, I’d like to get this out while it is fresh. I’ve had a number of poor experiences here but tonight certainly was noteworthy. I was instructed to wait at the “VIP” spot just beyond the drive through after ordering. My wait extended beyond their closing time so I had to walk back to the drive through window and knock. All the employees looked and laughed at me. Thankfully the girl who took my order eventually turned the corner, recognized me and got my food. Not only was the food cold from sitting out, the fries themselves were actually stale. I wound up throwing it out. I’ll avoid this location in the future. There are plenty others

We ordered catering for our university event, and Kenneth delivered on time, with a friendly attitude, and had no problem helping to drop off the food in the connecting building to reach the event room. He made the setup become stress-free and definitely makes us want to order again in the future. The free delivery reward was super helpful, thank you! Also, the nuggets, veggie wraps, chicken wraps, garden salad, mac n’cheese, and fruit tray were all hits!

Service is so sorry. With depressing looking faces. It’s a job LMAO. Either do it right or don’t do it at all. Just because you don’t like your life don’t mean transfer the energy over. THAT TO ON NEW YEAR EVE…. Very good. Both the cashier lady and lady in the drive thru. Smile a little…… won’t kill you lol. Anyways imma enjoy the rest of my day and hope they do too.

Really nice! I’ve gone a couple times and both visits I had Joseph in the drive thru. He’s very friendly and patient. The food is always good and correct. It’s a busy area but they keep the line moving & they do it kindly!

I love Chick-fil-A, but this location is way too rushed. The moment you pull up, they’re already demanding, “What do you want?” before you even have a chance to breathe or look at the menu. It feels like they expect you to know your whole order before you even roll the window down. A little patience and an actual “How can I help you?” would make the experience so much better.

Customer service is not representative of the Chick Fil A motto or reputation. This location is known for the exact opposite. From ordering to paying, this was not ever what I would expect from Chick Fil A. This has been a reoccurring pattern that I believed would be resolved by management, but clearly it is not a priority.

Customer service is lacking, some staff and members of the management team are unprofessional and need to be reminded that customers are the reason they have a job. Do better. Not holding up the CFA brand well. It’s worth your time to strike this location and choose the other in the area.
