Avid Krystal’s lover! The location is not much to look at, don’t let that deter you from going. Attached to a gas station and located in prime Kodak/Sevierville area. Right off the main road. Very convenient! The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. We did have to wait for our food, but we didn’t mind at all because it was fresh. They staff made us fell very welcomed. Went back the next morning for lunch and the next shift crew was just as nice and drive thru girl was just as friendly and nice.

Great customer service. Fresh hot food. Excellent drive thru time. Entire order was fresh hot and correct. Napkins and utensils were actually included in the bag. Best Krystal’s experience I’ve had the pleasure of experienceing.

I spent 45$ have tried to contact corporate but this store needs better employees. I made a mobile order at 8:35pm arrived about 8:40 pm and still ended up waiting until 8:55pm at the window, the cashier/manager no hat no uniform dirty shirt, looked dirty herself, doesn’t even know how to read a POS system, I ordered a sweetheart shake and she came to the window and asked what else did you order because I have no idea what that is on my screen, I get your shake machine is broken but I am a restaurant general manager your employee should be trained to read the screen regardless if you have the product, oh and here is the real kicker, the cashier/manager whoever it was, had their vape charging on the metal expediting station with the bags and I observed her smoke her vape right there at least 7 times during my wait, also heard her screaming in the back multiple times, I wasted 45$ for this terrible service, and the whole store from what I could see from the window looked dirty as dirty as the employee. If my store was ever in this condition, if my managers at my store ever acted like this I would fire them on the spot. Management needs to grow some standards. Please contact me, I have half a mind to goto the health department considering she was vaping right around food.

No chili cheese pups b/c u ran out of buns??!! But at least I got to introduce my 14yo son the the spicy chik!! He thought it was by far the “best thing I’ve ever tasted”!! It’s probably been 20yrs since I’ve had Krystal but keep driving there’s another 1 just down the road with probably better service.

I tried this restaurant on 2 separate occasions within a week while on vacation. My brother had mentioned that they had good sliders, so I was interested in checking them out. The first time I ordered, my order was mixed up and I had to wait almost 2 hours for the food from one of the courier services, so I figured I’ll try them again. The second time we went to the drive thru, and the service was so bad that my sister decided not to order, in the event that the people messed with our food. I ordered krystal sliders with cheese and chili cheese fries. The fries smelt like feet, according to my nephew, and my girls were not impressed with it. And the sliders tasted bad and I couldnt say for sure if the meat was real or fake, or what it was for that matter. I thought wow, all of the food in Tennessee was delicious, until we stopped here. I would not recommend trying this franchise. I don’t know if this location was just bad or not, but I will not be trying any other locations to find out.

This is the trailer park Krystal’s. I’m so disappointed with this place.
I was just at the Krystal in Kodak, TN, and the service took forever. I was sitting at the drive-thru window for at least 15 minutes. To be fair, the lady working the window was very nice, which is the only positive thing about this entire experience.
I live 45 minutes away, so I couldn’t just come back tonight, or I would have. I spent $32 on my order.
I ordered:
2 Chicks
1 Chili Cheese Tots
3 Double Krystals
1 Chili Cheese Fry
What I got:
5 regular Krystals
2 Chili Cheese Fries
Not only was the order completely wrong, but the food was so soggy my dog wouldn’t even eat it. It was disgusting.
To make it all worse, I TRIED TO CALL THEM, and THE NUMBER IS OUT OF SERVICE! They have NO NEW PHONE NUMBER LISTED ONLINE! It’s impossible to even contact them about their terrible service.
I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Not sure why but this Krystal used to be great! I ordered 2 Krystal with cheese w/ no pickles & extra mustard & chili cheese tots. One had no mustard & extra onions. Service was not even mediocre. One lonely guy is the only person that acknowledged me & his personality was lacking. Not sure where the failure lies (The Hale Group) but the burger meat is so thin it falls apart but my worst concern was the taste. I ate one bite of my burger & it had a “peculiar” taste. So I decided to not continue eating my meal after one bite out of fear I may get sick. This store needs better service & management. Sorry but if they answered the phone maybe they’d get a better review. This location is the START of a tourist town. They should represent the intake first in my opinion. Now I’m dissuaded on eating here….

The staff were not professional. One of the staff had an infant on her hip working in the kitchen/drive thru area (the staff wearing her PJ’s). One of the staff through food back at a customer in the drive through area bc the customer through at them first. The guy came outside and started talking to someone on the phone (cussing) while my fiancé and I waited for our food by the front door.
