I used to always come to this location but they started rationing way too much. Especially when you pay almost $15 for a simple bowl and burrito, minus the guac still, it’s pushing $20 with guac. But they give tiny tiny little portions at this location now. And on top of that the staff looks unhappy to help. I get it you don’t have to be happy all the time but at least a little more social when helping rather than having a mug face. The new location at arena blvd is much better now, they would never ration that hard. Don’t recommend this place if you want your moneys worth.

The cashier charged me extra and she didn’t give me the receipt I bought 1 burrito and 1 bowl and 1 queso i also ordered a drink and redeemed a reward of chips and guac. My total was 38 and she didn’t give me the drink so i had to pay for it again. I think she charged me double the reward. I didn’t complain because i was with my partner and he was very hungry but we are definitely not going back to this location.

This location just sucks in general. You pay $16 for them to ration all the servings. I thought maybe it was just a fluke visit the first time, but if happened again today. Not worth the money and I feel like everyone hear always has an attitude problem. I think I’ll pass on Chipotle all together at this point. Too many inconsistencies lately.

We come here often, usually I order in store- a few times I’ve ordered online for pickup at this location. I don’t know what the difference is, but they overcharged me online, (would’ve been cheaper in-store but I was in a rush and I love the convenience of just picking it up.) They didn’t even fulfill the order. I’m missing ingredients in both of the bowls ordered. If you charge extra for guacamole then can I at least get it with my order?? They left out more than just guac but everything is listed on the ticket. My fiance went in to pick it up and the woman at the register had to be called multiple times to bag the order. It wasn’t busy when we picked-up yet my order wasn’t ready when I got there – even though I got the notification that it was ready for pickup 20 minutes prior to actually getting the food. I definitely didn’t spend $15 on a burrito bowl for 3 ingredients. (Pictured)

Discriminate against female customers! ☹️Double standards! The guy only gave me 1 scoop of rice and 1 scoop of beans! I literally saw him give the man in front 3 scoops of beans and 2-3 scoops of rice! I had to ask him if he can give me a bit more. This is why I hate going to chipotle!!! Disgusting behaviors!

I am a delivery driver and I constantly have problems with orders being made on time. When I mark on my end that the order is still being prepared they lie and say it’s ready for pickup to save their ratings which is totally against door dashes TOS for merchants. I will be emailing DoorDash about this so they can launch an investigation because you’re putting the drivers jobs on the line to save your ratings!!!

The people were moving so fast. I couldn’t even get my thoughts together on what I want for my food. Then, when we get to the register, the payment part, the guy tells me what the total is, and I pay. And I’m like, wait, are there chips? They did not ask if I wanted chips. (The chips were stale.) It was just like, let’s hurry up and go. And there were so many homeless people hanging out outside, and when I walked my car, somebody had freshly thrown up right there next to my car by the sidewalk.
