This place is usually bustling either a good reason their chicken strips are amazingly good I ordered them with cilantro lime and they were delicious. I also ordered a bloody beer which was amazing well crafted. I recommend this location to anyone, the service was amazing too.

Every time I come in I am never disappointed with the service from bartender Esmeralda (Esme) she is always on top of her game and provides excellent customer service. Manager Isaiah always greats my fiancé with a hello and handshake very respectful. He cooked my dinner tonight and I must say I was very impressed I always go to wing shack for my burgers and I am now going to be coming to wing daddy’s when Isaiah is here to make me another delicious burger and mozzarella sticks. These two are the best and keep us happy wanting to be their regular customers. Wonderful customer service!

Always enjoy! I was greeted quickly as my family arrived. Our waitress Alicia was very attentive and polite. You can see everyone being helped. The manager came by to be sure everything was good which we had nothing but good to say. Keep Wing daddy’s going everyone it’s a horizon staple!!

Ali was very attentive and enjoyable to be served by! She was on top of our request especially since we had a baby! The food was great, hot and delicious! The manager came to our table to check on us to make sure our food came out and to make sure our server was on top of it, which she was the whole time even while being busy. Definitely coming back and making sure we ask for her by name!

New to the area, first time eating here. Spent over $100 on 2 adults and a child for takeout. Ordered a kids grilled cheese, received a plain hamburger (that my child will not eat). 20 wings didnt come with any ranch or blue cheese nor do the wings come with any celery or carrots, but I paid extra for that Ordered the loaded fries and asked for no bacon (because I’m allergic) and guess what? It has bacon on it!
Also ordered a chicken and waffle dinner plate and was prompted to select a wing sauce for the chicken tenders that I did not receive. Also ordered buffalo cauliflower that didnt come with any ranch or dipping sauce.
I called the store to complain about the kids meal being wrong, because thats the only thing I noticed at the time, and was told I could not receive a refund but would have my name written down to receive a credit the next time I come.
Oh, you mean after every single item I ordered was incorrect or messed up in some way, you expect me to come back??? ABSOLUTELY NOT. One and done with this place.

I spoke this morning exactly an hour ago with Matt. He kindly heard my concern. He apologized and made my order right! I took pictures. Thank you for listening to me and making my order right. Matt made my Sunday better! Giving him a 5!

After the last unpleasant experience, thought take out would be better. It was not. We asked for grilled lemon pepper boneless wings. We were given regular, lemon pepper, burnt , wings. We went back to correct the mistake, because everyone makes mistakes right? Well we got burnt grilled wings, ;( if someone there reads this second review, please I do not want you to ask me to private message you. I can go back and take the box to you so you can see it. I will keep them to show you. We have been to Wing Daddy’s on Airway and have not had an issue with wings there 🙁 I hope to be able to get a good, tasty, order here one day. Thank you all.

We went tonight… waited for someone to come to our table. The manager was on his phone, the servers chitchatting by the cash register in the back. I called while I was still inside. I was sent to voicemail the first time. A young lady picked up the second time. I explained to her what has happening and told her some other guests had literally just walked in and they were already being assisted. She told me she was sending someone, to hold on. When the manager went to check by the door, we got up and I told him, ” excuse me, I am the one that just called. We have been waiting and no one bothered to come and ask what we wanted to drink. Some kids just came in, and they already have drinks. The gentleman said , ” I’m sorry”. We left.

I made an online order at the restaurant for the first time since being in the area and it didn’t go well. Once I made it back to my driveway from picking it up, I get a call saying the cashier forgot to give me part of my order and asked if I would come back to get it. I told the employee that I expected to get my whole order remade so everything can be fresh, which makes the most sense. Well, after a brief hold, I assume the manager on duty wasn’t going for that and decided to just refund me for the items they forgot to give me. So now, I didn’t have enough food for the whole family and the fries I did receive were all old. I would definitely avoid this place.
