The food was great. Especially loved the chili!! The kiosk stations were all closed, and service was pretty slow. After paying and waiting we were told they were out of all the sides we had originally ordered. The food was delicious, but personally felt portion sizes were rather small. Specifically the sides were tiny. $14 for a bowl of chili I figured would be enough to fill up my teen. It was not. He had to eat his sides and a majority of my food.
I would eat here again, but would be more selective in getting items on sale or maybe just the sandwiches.

Came here for the first time. Delicious. I ordered a Dino Rib plate and my wife had a little Buckeroo plate.
The rib had an amazing bark. The seasoning was spot on and it was super moist. Almost started eating before the first picture.
The sides were had were spot on with flavor. Brisket beans, creamed corn and fried okra. Cant go wrong with any of those.
Could not finish the rib. It is probably meant for two people.
Great meal with a great atmosphere. Drink station and tvs to enjoy and relax.

This place is seriously impressive. The brisket and ribs were excellent, and the sides (fried okra, cornbread, mac & cheese, and the loaded baked potato) were just as amazing.
But the real highlight was the service. Chuck took my order, remembered my name, and personally delivered the food to my table while greeting me by name again. That kind of hospitality is rare these days. You can tell they really care about the customer experience. Highly recommend!

This was our first time and WOW what an amazing experience! Everything was clean and the menu was easy to read. Love all the options. The food was delicious and well thought out. We tried everything and I just can’t choose a favorite. The icing on the cake was Chuck! He helped walk us through the menu and gave great suggestions. He even treated us to the Churro pudding. It’s service like this that keeps customers coming back. Thank you for the wonderful dinner!

Ate here on a whim today because it’s dangerous going grocery shopping on an empty stomach. I got a chopped brisket sandwich for a very reasonable $7.29. It was fantastic. Smoky, beefy and perfectly seasoned and sauced. Chuck was incredible friendly and doing it all in the front. Taking orders, helping customers and filling to go orders all while keeping the restaurant clean. Great experience. Will be back.

Tastes great! Chuck was helpful with suggestions of the loaded baked potatoes and El Jefe sandwich! Took a hot minute to come out – a maybe not a great option if you need it super fast ? Maybe eating here first before shopping at HEB for groceries will keep my grocery bill lower ( at least that’s what I’m telling myself !)
