WHAT HAS MADE SPRING CREEK A FAVORITE DINING DESTINATION SINCE 1980? First and foremost are our delicious barbeque specialties – ribs, brisket, chicken, sausage, pulled pork, ham and turkey. With pits fired up daily at all of our locations, we get up early to hickory-smoke all of your favorites, and our ribs are then chargrilled for extra flavor. We feature a homemade BBQ sauce, made from our own secret recipe, fries and okra cooked to order, fresh salads with homemade dressings, giant loaded baked potatoes and the best home-baked bread you’ll ever taste. We can proudly say that we are still slow smoking after all these years!

Reviews
The food is good, but nothing special about it.
However, the place is going down slowly.
The service is at best average.
Tables stay dirty a long time. People working there talking and joking while customers are trying to find a clean table.
The covers of the seats in the booths are broken and not very clean.
Last time I was there, the silverware was all with stains and fingerprints.
For the price that they charge, I would expect a lot more.
At that moment I became very upset and drove back, which took me 15 minutes, and showed them the baked potato. The manager, Colton, told me he was going to remake it, but instead I asked for a refund in advance and told them they could review the cameras and see that the meat had never been added to the baked potato.
He took the order and, while they were laughing sarcastically in my face, he brought it back. When I saw that attitude and how unprofessional they were by laughing that way, I told him to give me my money back. He flatly refused because, according to him, it would cause a loss to the restaurant.
In conclusion, I have been going there for many years, but the quality has gone down, and it is almost always empty, which makes me believe they urgently need a change of management because only very young and immature people work there. I lost my $19.66 because the manager refused to refund it. And what upset me the most was that they insisted the meat was there and laughed sarcastically in my face. That kind of attitude is unacceptable, and that is why I decided not to take the food, because with that behavior I do not expect anything good.
To-go orders are prioritized over a party of 9 standing waiting to order food. The food received was not hot. My daughter was salivating at attending SCBBQ knowing she would receive dinner rolls. She watched. She waited. She asked for a roll. “Two seconds and we’ll be out”. She timed it. 12 minutes passed. Dinner was eaten. While the roll girl yapped with a fellow employee.
I wish we had looked at the poor rating this location has on Yelp before spending such an exorbitant amount of money here. We will not return.
