Then had a bowl from Chipotle..
The 2 were were different bowls but yet the same.
One bowl required me to ignite it to enjoy its goodness. .One bowl required me to just take a bite of the food to enjoy its goodness
Im Thinking about combining the 2 together.
Smelled like high stock prices..undervalued chicken ..and teenage sweat. All things considered …
It was as fun as kings island on a summer day…..
Well, even though I love some chipotle, I’m out of luck because this location is horrible. I kept telling my fiancé that there was something different either with the cut or the cook time of the chicken and after my three times giving it the benefit of the doubt, I just couldn’t do it anymore. The chicken is inedible. I figured it was a restaurant wide thing however we went to the Anderson location while in that area last night and my bowl was perfect! Chicken was how I always remembered it being. Here, it’s in these small triangle like chewy pieces. They also fail to drain the beans, or any of the dry salsas to avoid a bowl being watery and the corn/guac never tastes like it has enough lime or salt. Not to mention, every time you go there they’re out of 1-2 things and the service isn’t the friendliest.
I really hope this location ends up changing for the better. Otherwise I will be driving 20 min every time!
The first time we went, the customer service was shockingly bad. It genuinely felt like the workers hated that we were there. They rushed us through the line, they looked miserable and annoyed, and the whole interaction was uncomfortable. My wife manages a restaurant, so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe the staff was just having a bad day.
Second visit wasn’t as terrible, but still nowhere near decent. The rice was hard and undercooked and the beef just didn’t taste right. Definitely not what you’d expect from a place like this, but again, we tried to give them a chance cuz it’s the closest.
The third time, our final attempt…was only because it was raining, my wife had work soon, and the kids were craving Mexican. The food came out colder than it should be. And then the worst part: a huge tangled chunk of hair buried in my daughter’s cheese. She stopped eating immediately and started crying. I took it up to the counter, and the manager (or whoever it was) just nonchalantly asked if we wanted her to “replace the cheese”… from the same container the hair came out of? She only refunded my daughter’s meal and didn’t seem to care at all about the rest of the food we had already started eating which was likely contaminated as well. We had spent about $50. Completely wasted.
We gave this location three solid chances. What we got was terrible customer service, bad food, and an unhygienic kitchen that clearly isn’t being supervised properly. If I could give a negative rating, I would. We won’t be returning for sure, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
