The store was inviting clean and the employees were all smiles and welcoming. Maria was knowledgeable and very friendly, and talking back to my blah blah with a smile. It’s nice to see bright happy faces who like there job. As 3 big fellows were dumping ice and adding their own ingredients to keep up the store I’m absolutely blown away everyone was dancing in sync persay without even knowing. Beautiful great job guys

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but sometimes that’s the only way to get the stores attention. The last 4 times I’ve tried to stop in to get something at night several items have been out the most recent time with still an hour and a half until close it was half of them and we walked away before they even stopped listing what they don’t have at that time we heard beans, sour cream and cheese. I get things run out it happens but this seems to be a pattern of poor planning by management if it was 10-15 before close understandable but an hour and a half to 2 hours and happening the last 4 visits it’s not. Whoever does prep and ordering needs to do a better job.

The overall experience was nothing spectacular. On first appearance, everything was dirty. Tables, floor, back food prep area and the drink area. Tables were not cleaned at all. Every now and then, a young lady would come out and pick up napkins and trays but did nothing to clean off dirty tables or anything to clean the dirty floor. The behind the counter food prep area was dirty with garbage and food on the floor. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. Definitely will not be visiting this or any other Chipotle any time soon.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The dining area was noticeably unclean, with multiple tables in disarray. Additionally, the service was unprofessional and discourteous, which significantly detracted from the overall experience. The quality of the food was also substandard. I strongly advise against dining at this location, as it does not meet acceptable standards for cleanliness or customer service. Consider other dining options to ensure a more satisfactory experience.

Had a bowl…
Then had a bowl from Chipotle..
The 2 were were different bowls but yet the same.
One bowl required me to ignite it to enjoy its goodness. .One bowl required me to just take a bite of the food to enjoy its goodness
Im Thinking about combining the 2 together.
Smelled like high stock prices..undervalued chicken ..and teenage sweat. All things considered …
It was as fun as kings island on a summer day…..

I get not using the pickup shelves because theft but then you have to pay attention to the growing line of people waiting for their food that’s behind the counter. Instead of the cashier standing there with his hands under his apron wait for the next customer to come through, or two of the three people visibly standing in the kitchen doing nothing, you need to see why there’s a line growing next to the register. I also cannot accept the dash when it’s a chipotle app order that I’m using points for. It’s not fair that the little girl on the table and the big dude in the kitchen are doing seemingly everything. Do better.

We are about 3 months new to this location. Chipotle is my favorite restaurant so we had high hopes that it would be a good spot for quick takeout when I’m feeling healthier food for the days we cannot cook.
Well, even though I love some chipotle, I’m out of luck because this location is horrible. I kept telling my fiancé that there was something different either with the cut or the cook time of the chicken and after my three times giving it the benefit of the doubt, I just couldn’t do it anymore. The chicken is inedible. I figured it was a restaurant wide thing however we went to the Anderson location while in that area last night and my bowl was perfect! Chicken was how I always remembered it being. Here, it’s in these small triangle like chewy pieces. They also fail to drain the beans, or any of the dry salsas to avoid a bowl being watery and the corn/guac never tastes like it has enough lime or salt. Not to mention, every time you go there they’re out of 1-2 things and the service isn’t the friendliest.
I really hope this location ends up changing for the better. Otherwise I will be driving 20 min every time!

Wasted $50 for a big chunk of tangled hair in cold undercooked food bundled up with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I try to give positive reviews to restaurants, because my wife is a restaurant manager but with this Chipotle location I’m just highly disappointed and disgusted. Me and my family are new in this area, and Chipotle is one of our go-to spots, so we really hoped this location would become a reliable option for us as it’s close. Unfortunately, after three separate visits, we can’t anymore. Horrible!!

The first time we went, the customer service was shockingly bad. It genuinely felt like the workers hated that we were there. They rushed us through the line, they looked miserable and annoyed, and the whole interaction was uncomfortable. My wife manages a restaurant, so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe the staff was just having a bad day.

Second visit wasn’t as terrible, but still nowhere near decent. The rice was hard and undercooked and the beef just didn’t taste right. Definitely not what you’d expect from a place like this, but again, we tried to give them a chance cuz it’s the closest.

The third time, our final attempt…was only because it was raining, my wife had work soon, and the kids were craving Mexican. The food came out colder than it should be. And then the worst part: a huge tangled chunk of hair buried in my daughter’s cheese. She stopped eating immediately and started crying. I took it up to the counter, and the manager (or whoever it was) just nonchalantly asked if we wanted her to “replace the cheese”… from the same container the hair came out of? She only refunded my daughter’s meal and didn’t seem to care at all about the rest of the food we had already started eating which was likely contaminated as well. We had spent about $50. Completely wasted.

We gave this location three solid chances. What we got was terrible customer service, bad food, and an unhygienic kitchen that clearly isn’t being supervised properly. If I could give a negative rating, I would. We won’t be returning for sure, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

$15 for the tiniest burrito I’ve ever had. Supposed to be double meat and extra cheese. There might as well be no cheese on this thing. The portions are embarrassing. I could literally sit there and count the rice individually. There was maybe 2 tablespoons worth of rice, that’s it. And of course, like always, they’re out of chips.

My daughter ordered on Door Dash. (The Dasher was great). The bowl wasn’t even half full and most of it was the lettuce. She paid $2.70 extra for queso and it had less than a teaspoon full on it. This is a sorry excuse for a bowl from Chipotle!
