The servers are very rude. My husband ordered one pupusa to taste and see if he liked them before he ordered more. The face of waitress was shock and they brought my caldo 5 minutes after we ordered but they told my husband 3 times that his pupusa was almost ready. 20 minutes later until I asked them for it and they finally brought it out. Made my husband wait just because he ordered a little bit of food

I heard this restaurant had good food, so decided to try it myself, I order a chicken sandwich, Pollo de Gañina and very very disappointed. Not only did I not finish it I practically threw the entire plate away. It was a chicken wing or bone in chicken in the sandwich bread, there was an extra flap of just chicken skin layered on top of the sandwhich, this was the first layer of disappointed, soggy chicken skin alone on top of a sandwhich? I have tried this sandwich at other restaurants and it typically would be shredded chicken. They add a tomato soup sauce and an additionally red spicy salsa along with the fermentation or pickled cabbage and radishes. In this sandwich the pickled cabbage and radish was under the chicken bone and absorbed the liquid which created a different taste and flavor. Typically the shredded chicken sits at the bottom of the pickled cabbage and radishes so when you bite into the sandwich there is a crunch. I ordered to go but opened and began to eat the sandwich immediately so the soggyness of the items would not have been in issue if placed on the sandwich correctly. On the positive side the inside looks very well kept, clean and presentable. The young lady that assisted me was kind and helpful.

I’ve been here quite a few times because my wife loves this place.
Although, for me, the avocado most of the times isn’t that good and the beef is too dry.
I do like their grilled menu though. I would definitely recommend it.

An attorney may need to look into this place as well as the city. It seems they are charging more than they should and they don’t want to say even though this issue was brought up to the waiter. You can add up the items on the receipt and the sum is not the one he wrote down. He actually covered the actual amount with a pen and manually wrote a different amount. You tell me what’s going on.
Food wise: everything was cold because they kept bringing the food at various times. A Caldo de Pollo (chicken soup) was brought in 2 parts. They brought the chicken and rice first on a separate plate and the actual broth, 30 minutes later. (Not exaggerating)
El mecero cambió el precio y no nos quiso decir porque. Haga usted la suma en el recibo que tengo. Con un lapizero ralló la cantidad original y puso otra.
