I had the Seafood Cavatappi Pasta, which was rich and full of flavor, while my boyfriend enjoyed their incredible steak with a side of lobster — definitely a perfect combo. The drinks were just as impressive! The espresso martinis with Baileys were to die for, and the wine was super good too.
Our server was wonderful super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. They checked in just the right amount and made the whole experience even better.
Overall, everything from the food to the drinks and service was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for a perfect night out! Ann something I might me spelling it wrong but she was amazing !
The dining room had about 3-4 other tables, was very quiet inside. The greeters seemed disinterested in their job & had one of them had AirPods in.
Server was nice, but a bit short in his approach.
Ordered the wedge salad which was good.
Both ordered a medium well fillet, we both received a very well done steak.
After 5mins he came to ask how everything was, he agreed it was way overcooked. Had the kitchen remake it.
I assume the manager, another man, came over and apologised and took it off the bill. The remade steak was significantly better and really flavourful.
Their recovery was good from the mistake but would have been nice to be offered something whilst I waited or a desert etc, as another 10/20mins passed as it was remade and my partner continued to eat.
Wouldn’t recommend, seems it’s past its best and in need of cheaper prices to reflect the service.
A last oddity, the waiter before bringing the cheque, asked if I was tipping 20 or 22%, never been to a place which asks me before seeing the bill what I want to tip. Especially when not had the best meal.
To start, the bread and butter came out first and it was delicious. Our daughter’s chicken tenders with steak fries arrived next. She tried the chocolate milk, which was not good, so we switched it to the lemonade, and she really enjoyed her meal. Her fries were amazing, 10 out of 10. We had the Caesar salad, which was also amazing.
For the main course, I ordered the 7 ounce filet mignon medium well, but it came out extra well done and dry. My significant other ordered the 10 ounce filet mignon medium, but it came closer to medium well. The mac and cheese lacked flavor, and the whipped potatoes were okay. I would give them 7.5 out of 10, but my significant other thought they tasted like boxed potatoes.
Our main course came out at least 45 minutes after the salad, so by that time I was very hungry. I did not send back my steak because it was not the server’s fault.
Overall, while the bread, salad, and fries were excellent, the steaks were disappointing given the restaurant’s reputation.
The rest of the team matched her professionalism. The hosts, bartenders, and support staff all worked seamlessly to create a first-class dining experience. The food, the atmosphere, and especially the service made the evening memorable.
If you are in Naples and want a true five-star steakhouse experience, Shula’s is the place. Ask for Ari.
Highly recommend.
We arrived at Shula’s for breakfast and were surprised to find plenty of empty tables.
Still, no one seated us because it would be full.
After waiting a while with no sign of service, we decided to leave. No idea how the food is – we never got that far. The ambience is nice though.
