If you’re looking for an unforgettable Thai dining experience, look no further! This place blew me away. Every dish was bursting with authentic flavor — fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced spices, and absolutely delicious from start to finish.
The staff? Adorable and genuinely warm. They made the whole experience even more delightful with their friendliness and attention to detail.
And the ambiance? So chic! The decor is elegant yet cozy — the kind of place where you can enjoy a relaxed dinner with friends or a special night out.
Highly, highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back
In the first chicken noodle dish, we found a hair. We informed the staff, who apologized and replaced the dish. However, about half an hour later, as I was almost finishing the second chicken noodles dish, I found another hair in my plate. I stopped eating and informed the waiter, asking them to take the plate back, and I clearly stated that I did not want any replacement or anything else.
What happened next was extremely disappointing. Without us requesting the bill, it was suddenly brought to our table, as if it was a request to leave the restaurant. When my friend asked whether this was standard practice or if we were being asked to leave, the response we received was highly unprofessional. The restaurant manager claimed this had never happened before, questioned where the hair could have come from “as if it fell from the sky,” and implied that we were responsible for the situation. For clarity, all of us were wearing hijabs, and there was no possibility of hair coming from us.
We work in the food and beverage sector, and we fully understand that mistakes can happen. However, repeated hygiene issues – especially involving hair in food in two dishes in one order – strongly point to poor kitchen hygiene practices. What made the situation worse was not the mistake itself, but the arrogance and defensiveness with which it was handled. The manager’s reaction clearly suggested that such incidents may not be uncommon and that customers are expected to accept them without question.
The manager said that he removed one dish from the bill and acted that we should be thankful, but continued to argue that we had returned the second plate only after almost finishing it and then “suddenly” found a hair. This attitude escalated the situation unnecessarily. At no point did we receive a sincere apology, which was all we were actually waiting for.
While the rest of the staff were polite and professional, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. I visited this restaurant based on positive recommendations, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone. The restaurant lacks basic customer service skills and fails to handle complaints professionally or respectfully.
Has been around for quite a while as i have been going there since i was a child.
Authentic thai cuisine, friendly and professional staff & management.
It was a pleasure visiting again!
The only thing that I take on the restaurant is that restrooms don’t ve hot water.
