Still good in getting order right but lately could do better in providing better more quantity and quality for Mexican pizzas. They hardly put anything in there anymore which is sad for the money it costs. It’s not as normal looking and more like less of everything. Disappointing for this reason. Was 5 stars but now reduced to just 2 stars. Management should train in making better Mexican pizzas which are my favorite.

Ordered the crave box one afternoon for lunch. I had time to dine in and the only people in there were for pickup orders. Food came out within 10 minutes. My favorite is always the burrito.

I really do not like to feel this way, but I feel the ladies there were being a bit racist, Spanish speaker, they were so rude my wife and I, even our children could see it. The manager was not any better she was worse. I just left Florida with good southern hospitality to come back to Maryland and experience this type of treatment is uncomfortable.

I ordered from the drive thru window at midnight when there were no other customers. I paid for my food at the drive thru window, then she made me pull around to the other side of the building, get out of my car, and pick up the food from a side window on the side walk- she then giggles and says that only DoorDash orders can be picked up from the actual drive thru window. This is the most ridiculous process I’ve ever heard of. I won’t be back.

It’s Taco Bell, I don’t really expect too much but this was the worst Taco Bell experience of my life. The employee who took the order needed confirmation at least five times regarding four bean and cheese burritos, failed to add the drinks I asked for to the order until I reiterated it twice and completely missed an entire other order. The other employees in the place were running around, scaring each other and talking and laughing incredibly loudly. In front of customers. Even after all that, I get home not even five minutes later and my kids’ burritos were dripping sauce and cheese everywhere very clearly poorly wrapped and my taco was completely ruined and disgusting. Again, it’s Taco Bell, I wasn’t expecting anything but definitely was hoping for better than this.
