I went this morning to redeem my free iced coffee. What i got as shown in the image was trash. I ordered a large iced coffee with cream and caramel flavor but what I got was sweet tea with flavor. This store has gone down hill. I dont know what happened to the original crew that work there but the service now is horrible every time I go now nothing is correct. I had to go to Starbucks to get a good cup of coffee.PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! it’s so disappointing that you spend you hard work money to get horrible service.

I was waiting on a door dash… it wasn’t made.. there were other tickets waiting and people ordering from the counter… the whole tome I was there only 1 person moved and that was the one with his back turned to me. Then I asked the only person that was filling orders and told her that looked so bad… she said they were managers so there wasn’t anything she could do about it…. This is an awful way to show your brand. One was texting on her phone while the other casually put his feet up and chills. Screw anyone waiting. And didn’t even move when people were standing waiting!!!!

We came at one Dunkin Donuts busiest times on a Saturday. Watching the team work thru the line of people’s orders in store, (taking sandwhich orders, getting coffee, getting donuts orders), and there is a line of cars wrapped around the store location. I forget the nice young lady name, but you and your team killed it in there today. I literally drove back to this location vs the other store on lumsden in walking distance. Thank you for the excellent service.

If I could give no stars I would customer service is horrible and the cheese is OLD I let it go the first time but the second time in a row that I get old cheese?!!!! Is disgusting and I was still nice asking for a remake just for the entire crew to walk out and find “who was looking for the remake” smh and don’t even get me started with management. If I was the owner I’d be devastated my company was being ran this way. Get a better crew on deck or host a training on CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year of the convenience of my job being next too it and the manager that runs this place chubby older lady with black hair is very rude and unprofessional! I’ve seen countless times of her mistreating employees and customers ! Not a happy woman at all. I came in today to get my drink remade because it was wrong, more often than not my drink never comes out good! It’s only 3 ingredients in the coffee 4 including Ice so I’m not understanding why it’s difficult to make. She proceeded to over talk me and TRY to belittle me infront of her crew, like she commonly does with them, this is obscured and crazy to talk to a customer that’s in their 5 days out of the week. I feel bad for the employees no wonder why she has a high turnover rate if you don’t like your job ma’am just quit ! Simple avoid this location if you can !!! Drive down to lumsden or causeway instead ! Worth the drive

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at Dunkin Donuts at 1346 W Brandon Blvd, on 8/14 with Christine Hill!
I placed a simple order for a croissant and was told by the manager that the wait would be about 10 minutes. I agreed to wait, However, I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for my order. When I approached the manager about the delay and asked for a refund due to the extended wait, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to make the situation right, she told me I could either take the food or get a refund—not both. This was said in a very unprofessional tone that made the experience even more frustrating.
To make matters worse, the drink I received was not even filled properly. For something as simple as a croissant and a drink, the service I received was unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as no customer should be treated this way. I would appreciate a follow-up on how this issue is being addressed.
Also this isn’t the first time I have ran into issues with customers service from the manager, this is just the first time I am writing about it. The only reason I go back to this location it is just because, it’s the closets to my job. However I feel as a manager she should have better customer service!

Hello it’s me again I made a previous review on this location and to be honest the manager Christine Hill of this location on Brandon Blvd, hasn’t gotten better… my coffees have been ok the past month since my last review, I stated I work next door and I come here 5 days out of the week for my morning coffees, she has since found out about my review and has been EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude too me, harassing me about my google review well over a month ago, she even went as far as telling me would I like her too help me rewrite my review, I have audio recording of her saying this too me! no thank you ma’am I met every word I said in that review! Today I went in for my daily coffee she was making, I smiled and asked her how are we doing today? That set her off and she proceeded to call me “sassy pants” making fun of me being gay, she then told me she’s not the one to be messed with …. Ma’am I just want my coffee MADE right that’s it I’m not with the antics Christine I’m in and out I order one coffee it’s never been that serious until you made it too be ! She then proceeded to tell me I’m Ban and she’s calling the cops on me ….. Mind you all of this over a google review over a month review and mine wasn’t as bad as the ones I see people writing on you, taking pictures of you , etc I will not be bullied and I will not tolerate disrespect! I am a paying patron I will not be discriminated against or belittled I’m still waiting for the police to come speak to me about this ms Christine I hope you fight what ever demons you’re dealing with and find peace because you’re one malicious spiteful individual
