If you are looking for chicken, heads up they only have chicken chunks (mystery meat). Nothing with a bone in it to identify it as coming from a chicken.
As for Zaxby’s Giant Quesadillas, what a joke. It was nothing like what I saw on TV and brought me in here. What a scam!

First visit to Zaxby’s. Had the chicken and shrimp combo. Was very impressed. The fried shrimp had delicious coating and shrimp was bigger than popcorn shrimp. We also had the egg rolls and the deep fried dill pickles. The coating that they use on their fried foods is delicious. Next time will get some photos.

Ordered thru the app picked up the order via drive thru wings had no sauce on them & were extremely dried out as though they had been sitting awhile & refried, chicken fingers & fries were cold & I got the smallest cobb salad I have EVER been served from any Zaxbys I have EVER visited. I DO NOT recommend this location!! I most definitely know why this location is not all that busy. Sad to pay those prices for food & get such crappy food. Might be different if you go inside BUT definitely not good thru the app/drive thru!!

If I could rate the service here zero out of five stars I would. They make you park in curbside pickup parking even with an empty line. Every time I’ve come here it has taken at least 30 minutes to receive my food even when all I’ve gotten is a salad. The cashiers working at the time always say there’s only one cook, that seems ridiculous! 0 out of 5 stars

Don’t have Zaxbys up in NY so this was a real treat. Opting for the 4 piece tender plate with fries and slaw, 5 piece boneless wing with fries and the kids grilled cheese and tenders. Let me tell you – the tenders are perfectly breaded. It’s the ideal ratio of breading to tender. The fries were not overly seasoned (weren’t really seasoned or salted at all) but that was a HUGE plus in my book and were a nice change from the usual salty fries from other places. Zaxby sauce is top notch, almost drinkable to me. Can’t beat it. ALSO — it may be a kids menu item but the grilled cheese from Zaxbys is bar none the greatest grilled cheese on this planet.

I have never been to Zaxby’s because we don’t have it in Connecticut or New York. I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews until after I formed my own opinion. I probably wouldn’t have come in. There is take out, drive through, online order, pick up, and dine in options available. Very clean and neat inside. It gives you a warm feeling inside. It’s fast food but it looks like a restaurant or diner inside. Mary Grace took our order and was very friendly and outgoing. We didn’t wait long to get the food.
The food was great. I think their chicken and sauces taste better than their competitor that is closed on Sundays. I got the spicy chicken without pickles. Fried and seasoned perfectly. The sauces on it complement it nicely. We shared the loaded fries. Great combo of cheese, ranch, bacon and bits of chicken over the fries. There are two reasons this wasn’t a 5 star review. The fries are not good. They taste like a store brand with not much flavor. Second reason was the cheese was not melted on the loaded fries and the white cheddar bites were not hot. The bites should have been gooey with a nice pull. They were good, but warm and firm. The cheese being melted on the fries would have made them better. Would I come back? Absolutely without a doubt. Just don’t think I will order fries again.

Good Cobb salad. I really like the Zensation salad. I hope it stays permanently! Great customer service yesterday from Mike at the front counter. Very friendly and customer oriented. Went above and beyond. Destiny is always extremely friendly too. Thank you!

spent nearly $40 for 3 meals, all upgraded to large fries and THIS is the amount of fries each meal had in the box. Pictured is a Great 8 Boneless Wings meal that’s supposed to have sweet & spicy sauce on them but NOPE! Also ordered and paid for 4 extra sauces that we never received. Never spending money at this location again!

I tried their new Chicken Fajita Quesadilla and it was as good as any chicken quesadilla at a Mexican restaurant. Definitely recommend.

The young men working the drive thru had really bad attitudes. They acted like they were irritated with 5 orders and their attitudes became worse once we told them our orders were wrong. The 5 piece wings were old and burnt so we had to send them back, we all had about 5 fries in the box with our combos, all of our toasts were burnt and not one meal had any sauce. When we got out the car to go back we were met with more attitudes as if we were the ones in the wrong. I just have never seen this type of customer service before at a zaxbys
