My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was decent overall. The wings were good, but they were a bit smaller than usual this time. Still, they had that classic flavor you’d expect. The service was the highlight—my waitress was attentive, friendly, and kept my drink filled without me needing to ask, which I appreciated.
It was kind of slow when I was there, likely due to the time of day, so the atmosphere was pretty laid-back. The dining room and bathrooms were clean, but my booth seat was coming apart from the base, which was a bit disappointing. If you’re looking for a reliable spot for wings with solid service, this location does the job, but don’t expect much excitement if you visit during off-peak hours.

Last 3 times I’ve been to this location it’s taken 30 minutes for anyone to offer to take our orders after already being seated and another 30 minutes just to get 2 cheeseburger meals. It’s usually never busy when I’ve come in which is why I’m so upset about the wait. Additionally, It’s surprising when the fries are warm which goes to show you how the rest of the food must be. I’d gladly drive 15 minutes to the other location in Lincoln because the food is actually fresh there, and I suggest anyone who reads this does the same!

Today was the Super Bowl and my roommates and I made plans to eat wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. We were super excited, we ended up making a pick up order at 2pm for the food to be ready at 6pm, so three hours in advance. Once we got there to get our pick up you could tell right away the place was so unorganized and a mess. There was seven people at the front, but only one person knew what was going on and everyone else was just standing there. I walked up to give my name and they told me it would ANOTHER HOUR wait. I was confused and asked how that could be when I put in this order three hours in advance. Their reasoning was because it was their busiest day and they had other orders to complete. It was very frustrating that the place couldn’t be organized enough to have pick up order ready on time. I would understand if I had ordered minutes or even an hour prior. We ended up just canceling our order, and went somewhere else for wings (which only took 10 minutes to receive after ordering). This was such a frustrating experience and I hope that on future busy days, their management is more organized and operate in a more timely manner.

Waited for over half an hour for a table. There were 8 of 10 tables dirty, but open in the front. Only two tables in the back taken. When we did finally get seated, the server got our drinks wrong. We opted not to eat, as we didn’t have time. Will never be back.

My fiance and I walked in at 9:55pm without noticing the sign on the door that said they were going to be closing at 10pm. Our amazing server, Darius, still sat us down so we could get our appetizer and dessert, and even brought out caramel for us to try with our cheese curds, and it was absolutely amazing! He did an amazing job and we had an amazing experience, despite us being there 20 mins after close without realizing until we saw the sign on the way out.

Ordered delivery from here 3 times! And 3 strikes you are out! I will never ever eat their food here again!!! Last time I ordered a BLT, the Bacon was hard, overcooked, and looked like jerky, was not fresh… the French fries definitely were not fresh they were stale, hard, and nasty. Time before that They gave me my burger, but bacon was overcooked on it, and I received my drink and my salad dressing but no salad. Called and spoke with a manager who said he would give me a refund, but I never received anything. And then the time before that they once again gave me everything but the one thing again!!! This restaurant needs some major training! They just don’t care about their food quality or their customers

We have had a lot of bad experiences in the past. We figured we would give it another shot. We were greeted by Darius and he blessed us with the best service, was very attentive and very funny. We will definitely be back asking for him again!

The food was awesome. Buffalo Wild Wings has managed to create the most amazing meal imaginable, offering the most phenomenal, immersive gustatory experience that will ever have the pleasure of grazing the taste buds of its customers. Never have I tasted of wings that were so delicious. Would deeply and strongly recommend the gnarly flavor explosion that is Buffalo Wild Wings.

When we arrived there were no other customers. We were immediately seated and greeted.. My party consisted of myself and 2 others. The server took our order, brought our drinks and then was nowhere to be found. Several other tables were sat after us and recieved their food before us by the other workers. . When we did finally get our food, the appetizer was brought out with the main order. . The sides were raw/undercooked, and the bone in wings were full of feathers and burnt. We waited over 20 minutes for the server to finally bring us our check after she had cashed out the other tables that arrived after us. We will not be returning. The service was unacceptable and the food was so bad we didnt even finish eating. Due to the server being nowhere to be found we didnt even get a chance to make a complaint or ask for new food.

When we walked in with our 1 year old they told us it would likely be 30-40 minutes till food would be out. We accepted that, got a table at 7:05. We didn’t get offered a high chair or booster, not a big deal but we would have liked the opportunity to ask for one closer to when food came but didn’t get a chance as all the wait staff was scarce. But pretty busy at the bar. Whatever. Anyway appetizer came out in 15 minutes. We consider that to be timely and we’re very happy with that. We picked the easiest thing (chips and dip) and it was what we expected. Then it took a turn, we were in too deep, the appetizer had been consumed. Every 15ish minutes she kinda just walked by as we were taming a wild turning feral 1 year old that had a timer that we believed would be fine based on the timeline given. Boy were we wrong and boy were they wrong. We had to take him out a few times to calm him down. After the food came it was moderately warm and the fries were hot at 8:15. He was appeased the pregnant impatient wife was appeased. We got done eating in not time at all. Done eating by 8:25. Sat there for another 10 minutes before we were able to flag the server down to ask for the ticket. While paying they mentioned that they were sorry they had a bunch of mobile orders come in and those take first priority in the window.
So any dine in patrons get what’s left of their time. Just so anyone that’s gotten this far understands, if you dine in you are last in their eyes for service.
It’s taken me a couple tries on their service, but tonight was the last straw that I finally left a review. The promised time lines to find out we just kept getting bumped down the list.
Unless they offer some sort of really good apology, that was the last time we dine there and this will be a story to share at coming events when people want to make small talk. They say good publicity earns you 3 new customers and bad loses you 10. Well you probably lost 3 tonight. And we’ll work on the other 7 after this horrible experience.
