Well it’s not bad for fake food. Or whatever the hell it is. The Jumbo Jacks were always my favorite but the meat is so thin now and the prices are too high for the garbage food they offer. Of course I’ll go there again. No different than any other Jack in the Box. Fair food foreign extreme price and to be honest if I was rich I would never eat at Jack In The Box McDonald’s Burger King or pretty much any fast food place because of the way their food has changed. Like the Whopper at Burger King is just not the same anymore as it was 30 years ago

The lady is mean in the team leader telling me we can’t give u ranch this that policy never heard that not gonna come here no the girl is always mad chinese lady she’s the best. I think the service was pretty good the people are nice and helpful I truly believe either Property Management whoever is responsible for the parking lot security and any other issues pertaining to outside the restaurant is not doing their job

Was enjoying my food until I pored the rest of my fries on the lid and saw a piece of hair. My girl and I was disgusted that we decided to through away the rest of our meal. We are not going to be able to ever enjoy our meal in this location again

The Drive through. line wasn’t moving after like 5 minutes.So maybe the panhandler did have enough time to wash my car for food as he said , I ordered Using the. kiosk 3 tacos, fries, and a drink times 2. It was 3 in the afternoon. Was Not.that busy and it took a 1/2 hour 31 minutes for my food? The food was good, but they were out of Internet. balls. Jack, what you gonna do about that Jack? I normally don’t complain. I didn’t even care if they get the order right but a 1/2 hour that was ridiculous.

There was a little cute Mexican lady with white hair who use to clean all the time but I don’t see her anymore. Your establishment has went down maybe I should leave too. Homeless outside in drive thru asking for change and that’s bad for business .

I asked about an advertised special and got no answer, so I waited and then asked again, still no answer. So I decided to go. After getting to the window, I still wanted to know what was in the special, but I wasn’t acknowledged. There were three ladies there, but none came to the window. When one did she was rude said they were busy it doesn’t merit the attitude and rudeness. I’m going to say a blessing in disguise I ended up going to the market and getting beef flap meat and making food at home.

I received really good customer service, the creamy cappuccino was so delicious and the the food was nice and fresh. Service is usually really fast at this Jack in the Box and all the employees have been delivering really outstanding customer service. I go there often and employees let off good vibes and make me feel that they are happy when they are serving me. I leave happy at at every visit. Thank you.
