This is the second time in a row they didn’t give me my Chimichurri. On top of that I was half way through eating my bowl and saw a hair and instantly lost my appetite.Two orders ago they didn’t give me my gauc and also didn’t give me half steak. They have messed my order up the past 4 times. This is them basically steeling from their customers time and time again. The food was not fresh at all. I use to really like eating here but this place is garbage now. Sad to see it go down hill. I would not recommend this chipotle to anyone.

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, worst bowl I’ve had from chipotle. I ordered it from door dash but it came 20 min after I ordered it, not the dasher fault. But the food was cold. The rice, the chicken, the fajita veggies all cold like the bowl had been in the fridge for hours before they dropped it off. The portion was laughable for a $25 bowl. I got a side of steak and it was warm. But my bowl? Ice cold. How do you mess this up? I also asked for utensils, it’s even on the receipt. They also didn’t give me that. What a joke.

I went in here at 7:00 at night and they didn’t have any meat left. They had nothing to eat in there. I don’t even know why they were open. All while before that happened I tried to place an online order and nothing went through. I proceeded to call the store and tell them what happened and told him I would just come up there and get it. You would think while I was on the phone somebody would have been like hey. We don’t have any meat in here of any kind. We barely have any vegetables. Nope, instead I basically drove 30 minutes for them to go. We don’t have anything to eat in here.

I’ll start off by saying the food is always great here but this place leaves much to be desired. The new high protein menu is a ripoff. I paid 4 bucks for the chicken one and it’s literally just a small side cup of chicken, nothing like what it’s advertised as which is really messed up. Also the customer service could be better like greeting people having a smile on your face. Also why be so skimpy with the vinaigrette. Half the time it’s out but even when they do have it theres barely any in the cup. I would ask for more than one but they would probably try to charge me for it. Getting sides of stuff is frustrating because you can’t do it in the app so I have to hold up the line. 7.0/10 not bad not great just needs some work

HORRIBLE experience with pick up and we will never come back. We arrived 15 minutes after scheduled pickup time and they marked it complete in the app but hadn’t started the order. They started it after we arrived in restaurant. I couldn’t mark it as “late” on the app because they lied and marked it as ready when it was not. We finally got our order 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.

This location sucks! I keep trying to give it a chance because only local option but every time I am so disappointed. Today at 11:20 on a Monday they didn’t have any chips so just walked out. Every time they are out of something. And if they do have all ingredients portions and quality have gone down so much it is always a let down. Sad I used love Chipotle but this location never lives up to it. I won’t be back tired of wasting time and money.
