I loved the green chili, much better than Nacho. I got the #1 combo and it was delicious. I cant wait to go back and try a margarita!

Terrible experience.
Friends patronize Jorge’s, often so
recommended and this was our hope;

We ordered chips and salsa which never came. We figured we would munch waiting for food and sip on one of their famous margaritas. Which also, Never came. One friend had a question about the cheese they use, which was never answered. Our food came and while the tacos were good, the rice was cold. We canceled the chips n salsa since our food came. By the time our drinks came we were mostly finished with the food. The wait person said nothing about being forgotten except, ‘Well I hope you smile now’ The margaritas were very strong, and our food about gone so we asked the just take the margaritas away. We wanted to relax and sip waiting for our food and not have full drinks to gulp down after it was all gone.
The owner came out and told us we would pay $17 for Each drink regardless whether we drank it or not. We were offered absolutely NOTHING in terms of any compensation for the food that didn’t show, or the cold rice, and the very late overly strong drinks.
Bad business. You trade a little compensation for terrible service for a repeat
Customer, and a very bad review. You should take care of your mistakes and treat your customers with respect.
Never again! Never. ! Ruined our girls night out.

Fantastic margaritas! Probably one of the best I’ve had. The food was ok. I got the ghost pepper chili rellenos but they were not very hot, which was a little disappointing. My friend got their version of the loaded nachos which were decent. Another friend got the combo of a taco, small burrito and rice. She thought it was pretty decent too. We had to ask several times for chips and salsa and the salsa was in a bottle. But this is where Obama came and ate, so it was cool to see the table. And obviously the margaritas. Come here for the margaritas!!

Glad to see Jorge’s open again, service was a little slow but no one in Pueblo wants to work. Great job by the staff at Jorge’s. Excellent Margarita’s and some of the best oysters I have ever eaten, all the food had outstanding flavors very good cooking staff friendly waitress.

The salsa is a game changer. Had a double date a couple weeks ago and when I said I wanted tacos my out of town boyfriend said Jorge’s. It was a family favorite when I was younger and for good reason is becoming part of our date night spots once again. Excellent service and great help. Good but strong margaritas. Hidden gem in Bessemer.

Really good chili rellano. Nice decorations and colorful atmosphere. We are used to complimentary chips and sauce; it costs $4.95.

This place was horrible. We asked for a booth and they told us the booths available were for bigger family’s only. Then they were going to set us on a table that had 2 chairs but table only big enough for one plate. I called and that’s was their answer per Jorge himself. Never again customer service very poor. I give a negative 10 this why they probably lost so much business.

I don’t know. I’m not a fan in this place anymore. Their hours are really whack since the kids went off to Uni. They won’t split a check which is kind of weird that you asked me but… Anyway, the food was mediocre but still really tasty.

The service is excellent! The taco meat, chicken, ground beef and chipotle is all extremely bland. Mexican food is supposed to challenge your pallet!!! The chicken tastes like it was boiled in water with no seasonings. They offer two taco shells, corn and flour. The corn is definately more crunchy. The flour was good, but more on the chewy side. The refried beans are over salted, but very tasty. Chips and salsa arrived in a bowl and dispenser. The salsa is fresh, and made from ristra chilies and water. They need to make it less watery…. Overall, spouse and I were disappointed with the meal… $30.00 for 5 tacos, water, tea, and chips and salsa and a side of beans. We did see some amazing looking chimichangas, and enchiladas come out of the kitchen. Hopefully they were not as bland for their customers… My wife likes bland food… I like habanero peppers… she commented it was too bland for her. Note to chef… learn to use some spices other than salt!
