Al pastor, asada tacos were dry. They almost tasted the same. Tripas were undercooked and check out pics. Huge chunk of onions and tortillas were ripped in half. No kind of verdura on them.
They usually do a good job but this time they sucked. For 2.75 a taco I expected way more. Especially after buying over $50 worth of tacos. The elote was good though. So I’ll stick to chuys in Lacy-Lakeview

I normally don’t leave food reviews but this food was worth it. For context, I’m from Houston. We moved to Waco about a year ago and I was skeptical to try some food places here. Overall it’s been good but this taco truck tops everything I’ve tried here. The beef fajita, phenomenal. Perfectly seasoned, extremely tender, overall delicious. This is my new go-to here in Waco. Service was excellent, fast, and very good. I will be coming here every chance I get!

Every time I come here there’s a line and every time it’s absolutely worth the wait. Granted it’s never a long wait. Everyone is friendly and the food is fantastic. I eat here at least once a week.

During the week, the food is amazing and the gentleman that runs the phone and counter is awesome! …. Weekend ppl not so much, the last 2 Sundays, ran by women, my food has been wrong, they don’t answer the phone, and food doesn’t even taste as good, chicken is dry, charged me for cheese and I didn’t get any. Hopefully the week guy can train the females on weekends. I’d suggest week days only to get great service and great food!

I just want to say that the employees of this establishment are the kindest, most helpful people I’ve ever met. I had broken down with no spare tire across the street at the Alon, and Jose came over to me, at almost 12:30 at night, and asked if he could help. He ended up grabbing a trailer and hauling my car home for me, and refused to let me pay him back. This man, and this establishment, need more recognition for going the extra mile for the community. I’m so grateful he took pity on me, and I will be a loyal, very frequent customer from now on.

Used to be one of the best taco trucks around. Quality and service has dramatically reduced. Although there’s a number on the side of the truck, I’ve never been able to place an order that way (probably because they’re at busy). If you want salsa Verde, you’ll have to ask. The last several orders I’ve placed, I received overcooked meat on my tacos and rude customer service. It’s nice they have an outside patio for dining, but I’d rather get good food and customer service. Keep driving.

Service was friendly and food came out quickly, our torta and tacos were good , they have a few tables to sit and enjoy the street view, loved seeing the cat outside chilling waiting for a bite if they enjoy the food you should too!!
