We shared the chopped chicken stir fry, salt and pepper shrimp and the sausage fried rice family style. These were all delicious. The salt and pepper shrimp was the overall winner of all the dishes.
This brings me to the price. It is on the ground floor of the Bellagio. If you have never visited LV, the average pricing for most dishes will be in the $25-35 range. This is a decent option if you are tired and just want to have a quick meal. Just don’t expect it to blow your socks off for the price of about $50/person.
Located inside the Bellagio Hotel & Casino, right next to the casino lobby.
The menu is moderately priced considering the prime location.
The food was good, but nothing particularly memorable.
I dined here twice and felt the service could definitely improve. I had to ask a couple of times for the check. On one occasion, the server brought me a cup of hot water by mistake, which could have burned my mouth if I hadn’t noticed in time.
Overall I think Noodles is actually really good taste for value considering the convenience, being right downstairs on the casino floor.
I ordered the following for takeout:
– Choy sum with garlic, $17 – 5/5 – You choy (油菜) cooked in a mild garlic sauce. There’s a decent amount of garlic so it’s pretty tasty. Portion size is enough for two small sides.
– Hainanese chicken rice, $28 – 5/5 – Came with about 1/3 of a whole chicken. They let you choose boneless (chicken breast) or bone-in (dark meat). We got bone-in, which included a couple legs and maybe a couple pieces off the thigh. The texture of the skin and meat was perfect, I was honestly expecting a place called “Noodles” to serve completely bland chicken that was boiled until tough and stringy. The texture of the chicken reminds me of the texture of free range chicken, where the meat is silky and smooth. This also came with a dish of rice which was cooked in chicken broth and topped with garlic chips. And also a container of chicken broth which was pretty clean tasting (pure chicken broth with some scallion and fried shallot/garlic in it). The little pot of chopped ginger in oil was good too, but they didn’t give nearly enough of it.
Obviously these dishes are vastly overpriced compared to your average Chinese restaurants but considering your limited options on the strip, this was actually quite good.

We arrived late at night, very hungry after a long day — and this restaurant completely saved the evening! From the moment we walked in, everything was just perfect.
Our server was incredibly polite, kind, and always smiling. Every “please” and “thank you” came with genuine warmth — it really felt like he cared about making us comfortable. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.
The food was outstanding! We ordered several dishes — delicious vermicelli noodles, tender pork, flavorful seafood noodles, and a variety of other plates that were all cooked to perfection. Every bite was amazing — authentic, fresh, and full of flavor.
Even though we came late, the staff welcomed us with such hospitality. Everything was served quickly, beautifully presented, and tasted incredible.
This place is truly five-star service and quality.
If you’re ever in Las Vegas, Noodles at Bellagio is a must-visit — warm atmosphere, professional service, and unforgettable food.
Huge thanks to the team for turning our late-night hunger into one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had!
We were there to celebrate a birthday, so this really ruined the experience. We expected better service and attention to detail, especially for a special occasion.
