Writing a review for online to-go orders. Beware: Service quality depends on whether or not you add a tip first before picking up your order. If you don’t tip up front, be prepared for subpar service, like your drinks being filled half way. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this issue with this Applebees.

My fiancé and I arrived at our hungriest. We were sat quickly in a booth by the bar and ordered right away. Service was friendly and attentive. We went for it and both ordered a 2 for $25 so we could each have a take home meal for later. Food came out fairly quickly and was hot and delicious. Can’t go wrong here!

I sat at the bar at Glenville Applebee’s and had a terrific experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the bartender/server, Lauren, was fantastic! She is kind, thoughtful, efficient, intelligent and obviously very dedicated to doing a great job for all of her customers. I found out that her manager on this visit, was Bernie. Bernie must be a terrific manager because Lauren and all of the other servers and staff I interacted with, were remarkably friendly and attentive. As such, I would highly recommend Lauren and Bernie and Glenville Applebee’s in general, for its delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, and magnificent service!

We often frequent this Applebee’s! It’s our children’s favorite restaurant and honestly for the price it’s not great. The food is usually always fantastic and the service is wonderful. Tonight we had Sarah and she was just the absolute sweetest!! She went above and beyond, checked on us frequently and dealt with our million requests. She shared about the new cookie dessert but we were so full this time so looking forward to trying it next time!! Thank you Sarah for your great service tonight and being the sweetest!!

Our bartender, Taylor was so friendly & funny. She made our time there so much better. The food was great and served timely! Sharon the manager came by to see how we were and she was also super friendly and fun to speak to. Highly recommend Applebees in Glenville, but a must on Taylors shift!! Friday and Saturday nights she works! Go check them out!!

I won’t give this place any star, the services are horrible they are just in a rush to close down, first we wait 25 minutes to be seated when the place is half empty, as soon the food came out my 1 year old baby vomited all over his food and nobody acknowledged that we are trying to clean the table I jump out of the table grab the baby my husband grab all the napkins they gave us to clean the people sitting next to us helped us clean and the staff nothing i grabed a roll of paper towels from the bathroom bc the staff did not even look at us. When I give my baby’s plate back to the waitress I told him there is puke there he said gross and walked away not even offering anything no water or replacement for my baby’s food. He came back after we finished eating to drop off the bill and walk away, we payed for the baby’s food and it wasn’t even touched. 95 dollars for food with the worst service ever even another waitress started crying right on the floor bc she just gotba table of 10ppl and the manager had to pull her into the kitchen. The waiter never checked on us once to see if we needed anything or to see how we were doing nothing at all such a waist of money and time. When we were going to pay and leave we tried to look for the manager but he was no where to be found.

Stopped in on a week night, we were seated right away in a booth near the bar area. The bar was more than half full and tables all in the area had people seated. It didn’t appear that the seating around the perimeter were being used, likely due to staffing. It looked like there were 2 waitresses and the bartender. Our waitresses came right over and took drink orders, we got the 2 for $25. Our food came out fast and was good. The staff were all pleasant. Best Applebee’s in the area.

We love this Applebee’s but this location is the best. We live closer to the saratoga Springs location but we are not to thrilled with the service and atmosphere there. We have had Warren wait on us at this location in glennville ny. We request him alot because he is always friendly and good part of your team and he is always on his game. He makes the dinner or lunch experience awesome.
