We just held our synagogue’s annual dinner at Temple Beth Shalom of Roslyn, catered by Colbeh — and once again, they absolutely delivered.
This is our fourth year in a row using Colbeh, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. The food was outstanding — fresh, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care. Everything was cooked after Shabbat and served perfectly. You could taste the quality in every dish. Our guests raved about the appetizers, the mains, and especially the desserts.
The venue looked beautiful, the service was seamless, and the entire staff was attentive and professional from start to finish. Fanya and her team were completely on top of everything all night — organized, responsive, and calm under pressure.
A special thank you to Pejman, who consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we’re happy. He even called me the day after the event to follow up. That level of care is rare.
If you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, or community dinner and want both exceptional food and real professionalism, Colbeh is the right choice. They’ve earned our trust year after year.

I’ve been dining at Colbeh’s Great Neck and Roslyn locations for almost two decades. I’ve also used them to cater parties, including my daughter’s bat mitzvah. Whether it’s a Tuesday night dinner or a black tie affair, the food is always over the top amazing. The koubideh and the steak melt in your mouth and all the flavors and herbs are consistently mouth watering and fresh. We are lucky to have them on the north shore of Long Island. Best Persian food of anywhere, and Ive been to them all. Well trained and amazing staff too. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
