There were 4 other customers besides myself inside the restaurant. 1 before me and 3 behind me. At the counter, I noticed it was messy; perhaps due to them just completing the lunch rush, since it was a little after 1pm.
The young guy stepped forward to take my order. He gave plentiful portions, unlike most workers that give the bare minimum. He was quick and accurate, not saying much.
As he nearly completed my order, he informed the cashier what my order was. She didn’t hear him and asked him to restate it so she could ring it up. He then loudly said it and she got upset with him, telling him not to be a jerk. He mumbled something under his breath, and she told him to shut up. To resolve the dispute, I told her what I had and told both of them to be nice. We all chuckled, and I took my food and left.
The drink area was clean and the plastic ware and napkin bins were full.
The lobby/dining area was clean.
My food order was the sofrita bowl. It was made perfectly and tasted delicious!

Location is set to open at 10:45am. Doors were not open until 11am. Tables were not cleaned, rice was raw, and General Manager Kemuel Forbes refused service after stating the rice was raw. Soda machine was not ready for guest to use with soda splashing everywhere when trying to use. No ice in ice machine. Kemuel Forbes in the picture claims food safety protocol being the reason why they opened late. Mind you nothing in this location was clean or ready to use. Location needs to shut down or have a change of management.

I don’t know if it’s just the online but honestly the most awful thing I’ve experienced we ordered and opened our bowls to find that they were half filled like other people have complained about and went to the front to just ask for extra beans and rice and stuff that are technically free when you order a bowl and they tried to argue we had to pay for another bowl if we wanted more stuff and after a little said we could get three sides before we had to pay more…… just saying for a place that wants to increase prices and talk about food quality this has been quite terrible as a reoccurring restaurant, second and last time here.

Behold my extra rice, extra beans, extra chicken chipotle bowl. It came out ~10 minutes after the online order “promised,” but it’s all good. I can tell they took their time perfecting my order.
Sarcasm aside, it’s not worth it to order online. This is the third time this has happened. Just spend the extra 10 minute in line to watch the employees make your food and remind them how to do their jobs. If they allowed it, I’d even pay extra to get behind the counter and make my own food. It’s pretty ridiculous that adults can’t manage the responsibility of doing by themselves what they are paid to do.

I ordered online through the app and I feel like I got scammed :/ I paid like $23 for my bowl with extra steak, guac, extra beans, extra pico, extra corn. And I feel like they saw that and decided to turn an eye. I got no guac, normal/little steak, and basically regular everything except they decided to add a thick layer of rice which I’m pretty sure I asked for lite. I’ll probably not order online again but like I was in a rush and I’m highkey just kinda disappointed. And it sucks cause this the only chitpole in the area that I’ve been to that isn’t totally rank. 🙁

I only rated this a 1, because it is not possible to rate it a zero. I have been there 3 times, and I will not be coming back, every time I went, I felt like I was wasting my money, which is frustrating considering I have always loved chipotle.
All people that work there absolutely do not care, there was only two workers who actually had a smile on their face.
They don’t greet customers, they literally don’t talk at all, they rush me with my food, they don’t make it right, the one day the register was having issues i waited over 15-20 minutes standing, and on top of that gave me the wrong order, of course I only realized when I got home.
One of the time the rice was uncooked, hard, and cold, while they never have fajitas, the queso does not taste like queso.
Super disappointed, the girls at the register don’t say please, nor thank you, nor have a good day, felt like I was talking to a wall.
The place is also nasty, even though i am a customer I can see how dirty the kitchen is from the outside. They don’t keep the food station is always extremely dirty, and i don’t really see them changing their gloves in between orders!

I highly recommend the Chipotle on Tennessee Street! Every time I visit, the “customer service is great”! The staff is friendly and efficient. The “food is always good and incredibly fresh”, which makes such a difference. I especially love “dining in” here; the atmosphere is comfortable and it’s always a pleasant experience. This is definitely my go-to Chipotle location!”
