I had called asking about if they had an item coming to store because me and my friend had seen it on Facebook called the tiger taco. Us being the explorers we are we figured let’s give it a shot, so we call and get a VERY angry manager and rude and disgusting employees when we asked the so called “manager” was extremely rude and claimed we were playing on her line and then one of the employees stated there’s a big black tiger waiting for you to come get. Then they threatened to call the cops on us for ASKING A QUESTION and said they have our numbers on file and the cops would show up at our door, mind you we asked a question. We felt very violated uncomfortable. DO NOT GO HERE VERY RUDE DISGUSTING AND SO OUT OF LINE

I came to pick up my food and they were making it right then. I heard a blonde hair lady complain about me customizing my food. And she knew we were there too. Sorry but I think that is my food that I’m paying for. I can make it how I like it. You’re in the wrong business if you don’t like making custom food.

Whoever was working the drive thru was rude. All we did was order a large fry and that was it. We got the fries and they were cold.
Also in the past when I ordered food ahead of time and had gotten it, it was horrible. The quesadillas were not melted. I would pick it up and all the cheese shreds were falling out with the tortilla opening up with ease since it was barely melted. The crunch wrap that was ordered as well was burnt (not brown burnt, like black burnt), and the fries had no seasoning (no exaggerating).
This is why I have to go to the Bethlehem location if I want Taco Bell since this location is disappointing and its employees are rude. They have done nothing to change or better it.

Very disappointed with our visit. We ordered mostly tacos with a few other items. We placed a mobile order and picked up in the drive-thru. Opened up the food at home to find the tacos barely had anything in them. I have never seen such poor looking tacos. I am adding pics. What a waste of money.

THEY GAVE US THE WEONG ORDER TWICE!
They gave me the wrong order after waiting in the drive through then proceeded to have me wait inside because they hadn’t started making my order yet. Had to go and block the drive through lane for an employee to give me the time to fix their mistake.
Edit: Just got home. They marked the drink unsweet on top, but put sweet tea in it. Get your food literally anywhere but here. This is ridiculous.

went to go pick up my food I ordered and an older white lady or trans person working there was loudly complaining about my order and the customizations. COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE.

I will not be returning to this location. We only got a few items, mostly from the “1.16” menu and it took nearly 30 minutes. The man in line behind us got his order first. They had only three people working, one to man the register and to stock items, one to man the drive thru, and only one actually making the food. The manager had disappeared soon as we got there. I have never been so disappointed in the food I get from taco bell. Our food had very little meat or really very little of anything, and one of our items was in a piece of aluminum sheet that had been completely flattened and destroyed that we didn’t know what it was supposed to be…. If it were not for the fact we just waited so long for what little we got I would have gone back in to demand them tell me WHAT this mess is called so that I would never order it again. We got down the road and realized that we did NOT receive ANY napkins at all in our bag.
I loved this location for years, but enough is enough. I can just as easily make this stuff at home and at better quality. You guys can too. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Very disappointed with our visit. The first issue was missing items from our order (missing an entire meal). When we brought it to their attention we were treated like we were in the wrong. The employee tried to tell me those items were not put in at the register. After the employee finally reviewed the order on the screen they realized they were wrong. The items were on the order and they went to make items. A little bit later I had to order some additional items for a family member. 2 of the items were sides of shredded cheese. The sides were given in little black cups. The cheese barely covered the bottom of the cup and we were charged $.75 for each one. Never have we got that small of an amount. I asked the employee about it and was told that is all we get for a side. The first set we got in the first order had more than these did. Even the side of nacho cheese had more in it than these. My son was so disappointed with what he received.

This is the 3rd time now I’ve ordered on door dash for this location at night and they have completely left out my seasoned beef and guacamole on my nachos. I’m literally receiving nachos with lettuce and tomato on it and that’s it. It’s clear as day in the app as well as what sense does that make that someone would want just chips with lettuce on it. I’m not ordering from here again. I’m literally having to order from another restaurant so I can actually have something to eat. Do better.
