I’m willing to wait 20 minutes in line for a previously placed mobile order. I get it stuff happens. But when I wait 20 minutes for ONE chicken tenders meal you should at least make sure the order is fulfilled correctly before handing it to me. Received none of the sauces I ordered and no butter or honey for the biscuit. As a customer – with that long of a wait I shouldn’t HAVE to check my bag to make sure my order is correct. I should have known when I seen the customer in front of me have to park and get out of his car to go get his order corrected after they already had him park by the side door to receive his food.

I love KFC and the variety of food available. My favorites are the Pot Pie and Famous Bowl, but sometimes, I have the chicken sandwich or our KFC in Newaygo County, has a Taco Bell in it, and I’ll buy from both. That’s so convenient, and nice if you have children or grandchildren that can’t agree on one place.

This place is such a disgrace. From the customer service to the dirty and gross environment. We ordered a 3 PC meal and was told they didn’t have the chciken we wanted in extra crispy, wasn’t offered what we wanted if we waited. Just nope cant have that. My macaroni was ice cold. The guy behind me received cold food too. He went to the counter asking if they temp their food because his food was cold too. The lady at the counter was the furthest away from friendly. Every single table was dirty in this place. Literally every table. And not a soul is in here eating now but us and yet not a worker in sight. Management need to get ahold of this place before it become nonexistent. How gross. I won’t be returning here. Ever

I have been standing at the front counter waiting for 13 minutes without a single employee coming over to ask for my order how they can help me. One employee has walked past me four times, another walked past me three times putting orders on the counter. The other customer said they waited over 20 minutes for their order. Sahraine finally came back from her break and I received immediate service. They only have 3 employees in the entire store and Sahraine is getting ready to leave. Bad management all the way.

Ordered online, scheduled pickup for an hour and a half later. When I got there a couple minutes after the appointed time, the food was not ready, and, according to them, “not being cooked”. I had to pick up my children, so I left. I used their online form to contact them about a refund, and filled out the customer satisfaction survey, both of which said they would contact me within 48 hours, which would have been 3 days ago now, so I’m guessing they’re not interested in giving me back my $70 (2 16 piece buckets). Fair enough. I’ll contact my credit card company tomorrow and get it back anyway. I’ve enjoyed eating KFC over the last 40 years or so, particularly the last few years where I’ve ordered roughly 6 times a year. I’m sorry it’s over. 🙁

Edit: After I posted this, I was notified via email that they were refunding my money, and they did so. They did not offer even a coupon for a free chicken finger for me having driven out of my way for nothing, for having my money for a week, and for me having to scramble to find a way to feed six persons that night after I finally got home. Their forms said they would contact me within 48 hours; it’s been a week and they still have not.

Will never go there past like 8pm anymore. Got 2 chicken littles and potatoes and a mtn dew, mtn dew had 0 carbonation, one of my sandwiches was rock hard i couldn’t eat more than one bite of it, they filled my potatoes half way, they didn’t put the pickles on my sandwiches, AND forgot to put Silverware in my bag. How do you mess up that many times on a 3 item order??

Approx. 1 pm , Sat. Dec. 27 —- Lady at front was unfriendly, but it got worse. The chicken tenders and classic crispy chicken sandwich were soggy and appeared undercooked…we didn’t know until we were back on US 131 north.

Usual stops there have been far better.

If you’re people don’t care for customers, find new people. It’s a college town, pool should be deep.

The food was okay, I went with my boyfriend. We waited for 20 minutes for our food that we pre-ordered (supposed to be a 10 minute wait, the car ride took up that 10 minutes wait so it should’ve been ready when we got there). When we arrived we spend 5 minutes at the counter with no service and all we could hear was the manager yelling at her employees and talking down to them (for example she talked about how she’s worked at better places and she said food got out because everyone knew what they were doing, but then proceeded to tell her workers… College students… That they had no idea what they were doing). The guy that greeted us at the front counter was very sweet though and he had an amazing attitude which overall made standing there listening to the manager lecture her employees less awkward. We ate our food there and throughout the span of the 45 minutes we were there the manager continued to yell at and talk down to her employees.
