It really comes down to who is working… the young lady who took my order & gave me my food tonight was very sweet. Their intercom thing was having issues, but kindness is one pro that covers a great multitude of cons… like the fact that I asked for a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and got a bunch of tacos instead. Not even mad tbh. ♂️

Absolutely horrible. Got to the drive thru to pickup my mobile order at 6:06pm. There was nobody picking up and only one person in line. I could tell that person was agitated as if they had been waiting a long time. Finally at 6:10pm they took their order and I pulled forward to the speaker and was told “We’ll be with you as soon as we can.” 1 minute passed. 2 minutes passed. 5 minutes passed. 9 minutes passed and I lost my patience and said “Hello?” And was told “We will be with you as soon as we can” I tell them that I am picking up a mobile order and they say I can pull forward. I get to the window to a woman who clearly didnt care about her job or me. Was working in slow motion. Didn’t apologize for my wait. I asked to speak to a manager and that was pointless – she also did not care. Absolutely atrocious service. Either close down or care about your job and your service to your customers who are the reason you have a job.

once again another horrible experience… door dash only when i get to the drive through? why? what’s the purpose of a drive thru if door dash is the only option? why would i pay double the price for something when I’m sitting in line? no sense at all. horrible service and always lazy employees that don’t want to do there job!

Hot, good fast food. Service with smiles and pleasant tone. Crunchy tacos with plenty of “hot” sauce (this is fairly mild, by TexMex standards); large jalapenos filled with cream cheese and coated in a very crunchy breading.

One of the best Jack in the boxes that I’ve been to. Lived in O’Fallon for 20 plus years and it’s always been good. Takes a little longer than most fast food places but always worth it.

Update: called up the next day to see if they are capable of making burgers today and no one answers the phone.
Sat in drive thru from 8:45pm to 9:00 at the speaker just to be told they are only severing fryer food. Someone needs to be fired for this. Losing money every night with this excuse and it tiring. They could have said that from the get go rather than having me sit there. Cause I am curious to what excuse is used. To dumb to cook a burger at 15 + an hour. To lazy.. what let me guess short handed and the health inspector needs to show up along with corporate.And the car in the photo is the employees if the Manger has a hard time finding out who it is

Ordered 2 orders of the 2 for 5.50 sausage croissants and an ultimate breakfast sandwich for delivery. Received only 2 of the 4 sausage croissants and no ultimate breakfast sandwich. Contacted customer service but am not confident about getting reimbursed. Wish I had read the reviews here first. How do they stay in business?
Update: Contacted Customer Service using the link. No response – Looks like I will have to try to get my bank to stop payment. How unprofessional that the “owner” deflects the issue to someone else and no one responds. Novel idea – be a real “owner” and own the problem and correct it. The ratings at this location is in the gutter and if all you do is deflect and not correct, well it shows in your ratings.

Ordered 10 regular taco’s and a teriyaki chicken bowl with NO vegetables. Multiple other orders were handled before me after I was asked to pull forward. I still got vegetables in my order, and the tacos were beyond terrible. Employee’s complained and said tacos were still frozen when they should be pulling them out and unthawing them clearly for orders. Then continued on about “What excuse are we supposed to give them”.
Seems like a place for highschoolers who dont care about working or their jobs.
Terrible Service.
The only good part about it was the window lady.

I’m gonna give this spot an absolute zero because the guy confirmed that he had heard all of the things That I had asked for but still the package that I had received was wrong. Waited 15 minutes still the package was wrong. Do not go here go elsewhere.
