The cashier was pleasant, friendly. The employee, Amber, was a breath of fresh air. She was nice, friendly, smiling, cleaning off tables. Keep up the good work, Amber. There was not enough fresh pizza choices in the hot case. The salad bar was not too fresh looking either. The lettuces looked slightly brown and soggy. The coleslaw looked slightly dried out. The fried chicken was ok. Not falling off the bone when bitten into. Some pieces were burnt. The corn looked dry too. The dining area was pretty clean. One table sat unwashed for almost a half hour before it was washed. It was not busy when my mother and I ate there today, 2/9/26 between 11:30am- 12:30pm. The sweet tea is really good. If I go here, again, I might go during supper time to see if there will be more pizza choices to choose from.

Would give 10 stars if I could- we love the Ranch! The food is always hot, and the service is kind and attentive, even during a busy lunch rush they try to have a bit of everything for everyone! Salad bar is fresh, and kept clean, but the buffalo chicken pizza is where it’s at!
My favorite part about this restaurant is Allison the GM-owner. She’s wonderful and a hard worker, helpful in the fun zone and always recognizing familiar faces with a smile. She’s one of a kind.

Outstanding buffet! So many options, including mashed potatoes and gravy, chicken tenders, terrific French fries too. The place was really busy and the staff did a great job keeping the different areas clean. Highly recommended!

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant is clean. The buffet is well stocked and there is a variety of food options including salad bar, fried chicken, pasta, pizza, and dessert. There is also an attached arcade full of games suitable for most kids.

We came here after a funeral to eat on March 8th. The woman manager was rude and down right rude to all of us. She opened the door in the private room and yelled that they were closing in 20 minutes and it was time to eat up and go. She even went to one table and told the people at the table that it was time to go and they were done. She took their plates and they were not even done eating and we still had 20 mins. Then we heard her complaining about us when we were leaving to the other staff. There was 50 of us there. We spent alot of money to eat there and she did her best to make it the worst experience after a very hard day. Totally disappointed in how we were treated there.

Great staff- an employee (Dayton) went out of his way to make sure we had a stellar experience. We had a group with young kids and one of the girls spilled her drink while walking to the table- he saw this and quickly got to cleaning it up and reassured her things were ok. We noticed him working in the arcade later and he was great at cleaning machines and helping out with questions.
Food was hot, they kept the buffet well stocked. It was busy so seating is always tight when you are trying to walk around but everything was clean and employees were attentive.

Absolutely love coming here and bringing my 3 kiddos! Ordering your own pizza to spec however you want is dynamite! The 2 different dipping breads are amazing, the Pizza is amazing and I love the fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy! Always a big hit! But their dessert, omg. That cookie is amazing!!!!

We like the variety pasta, pizza chicken sides, and salad bar, desserts. Not all locations have the pasta, but it is a nice option especially when kids are with us. The chicken sticks, and bone in chicken are favorites.
It’s quiet environment, so we can talk, relax.

The location was decently clean and staff was nice. We placed an order for a specific type of pizza with no meat after paying. When the pizza came up it was half meat and so we asked for another since four of us were dining. ~15 minutes later they told us they made the wrong pizza after we had been waiting but said they’d make it again and box it up.
While that was a nice gesture the restaurant wasn’t busy and we came for that specific pizza. Rather disappointing overall.

The buffet your way pizzas came out extraordinarily fast as in the quickest I’ve experienced. Their was an adequate supply of items on the salad bar. The seasonal salad could have been a little fresher, but was not an issue due to the speedy pizza making. The employees were grateful for the tips and positive feedback.
