Best Blakes in Albuquerque! The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The manager is outstanding! He is always busy helping out and personally takes out orders to waiting customers calling them by name. The breakfast burritos are super and they now offer breakfast all day!!! Not many Blakes do this. Corporate should recognize the manager and employees of this store…this store should be a model for all Blakes restaurants. Just ordered a second breakfast burrito as I am writing this! Get the #3 burrito with sliced jalapeño and green sauce…you will not be disappointed!

Upon recommendation from people who used to live here, we visited Blakes Lotaburger. We were instructed to get the Lotaburger New Mexican style, and a shake. We did as instructed, and were not disappointed! The menu is simple, but the food is excellent. The service was also friendly, and helpful with first timer decision-making. Also, the creamy cold brew coffee was surprisingly good for a burger joint. We’re looking forward to trying breakfast!

Online order. Pickup. Just handed the bag. Fulled own cups and left. Reciept is accurate. Bag was not. Ordered a lota combo and a breakfast combo. Burger was tossed in the box, no patty, 2 burritos and no fries.

Soda nozzles , tea nozzles not cleaned right please be safe drinking shakes unsanitary.
Behind the main grills n back walls, floors are filled with black gunk from managers not keeping the store up to date labels not on butters & salts no 4 hour hold times on any food items. This store has not been up in sales in acouple years and continues to go down hill with David completely aware of the condition. Just keeping under radar of health inspectors serving unquality food.

Last few times I have been in my order has been wrong or missing items. I have to check before I leave because at this point it’s guaranteed I’m missing something. Same thing happened today so I went in to get my items. After getting them I thought I was good to go but nope, the toppings were all wrong when I got home. So now it’s to the point where I have to unwrap everything and check it before I leave. The people that work here are nice and I don’t like leaving a bad review but something need to change

Ordered a Lot Combo and Chicken sandwich through the drive thru. Was told to park and wait. About 10 minutes later they bring me the wrong meal and no drink. I let the young man know what I got and he apologized. A different gentleman comes out with my food in a very annoyed tone asks what my order is, I tell him and he says “here.” No sorry or nothing. I check the bag and the fries are missing so I get back in line to correct the issue again. Whole meal ended up cold and not worth it. The Blake’s we used to know is dead and gone

Used to be one of my favorite local spots but I regret coming here every time over the last few years. Drive through always takes 30 minutes minimum for two burgers. Went inside to check on my order on multiple occasions only to be completely ignored by the entire staff. I don’t typically leave reviews but my experience here as been consistently bad.

Decided to see if Blakes has improved since the 3 years or so since I last ate there. If anything, it’s worse. Crazy how you can come in when there are slow, be the only one in the drive thru, they still have you pull out and park in a spot so they can take their sweet time and still give you cold food. New Blake’s is absolutely diabolical.
