It seems like almost everytime I come here over the past year and a half it smells terrible at this BWW, they take absolutely forever to seat you because they’re chatting it up with friends outback. They literally rarely come and check on you. The food is tasty, I’ll give em that but the service we receive here pretty much everytime single time we come here is always without exception absolutely terrible. The owner needs to step up his game and start changing the quality of customer service here. I guarantee this place would be thriving so much if he actually cared a bit more. Step your game up owner.

The only reason to review a restaurant is because of food and service.
Food: I will give a 4/5, the food was as expected and good!
Service: 0 out of 10. Not only did I stand at the hostess desk for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me(not busy at all, multiple tables open), when someone greeted me I got the “someone will be right with you” moment. After grabbing a seat finally, I decided to order food and drink at the same time. Good thing I did, went about every 30-45 mins before I was approached again. I don’t need constant check in but when I’m waiting on a box and a new beer for 25 mins without any service, I got a bit upset.
Long story short,
The service and staff are more focused on socializing and chatting with their friends or regulars. If you aren’t one of those, you will be put to the side and served when they get done talking or run out of things to say. I think the manager was here and was bartending for a second. After seeing him work, I know realize why everyone else is the way they are. He promotes all of the behavior.

Order was a mobile pickup order and was ready rather quickly. The restaurant didn’t have a welcoming smell.
The ultimate nachos we received looked less than appetizing. The online menu states pico de gallo, salsa, neither of which was on this order. There was very little of the cheese sauce and cheese in general. Lots of plain tortilla chips, the cilantro looks old and nasty.
This was a huge disappointment once again with this place. I have had more disappointments than not. I will NOT be giving this place another try!

The food was okay but it was a meal of ignorance for me. It isn’t halal, including the cauliflower wings & tater tots. Everything is fried in beef lard, there is probably cross contamination with other meats too. Not sure about the cheese as well since some types tend to have gelatin, best to steer clear if you eat halal. Sharing so someone else may benefit & may Allah forgive me.

I’m told at 1pm on a sunday for the AFC championship with maybe 30 customers in the whole restaurant and most of the seating empty.
Politely mentioned that the two of us wouldn’t be ordering food and just wanted to order a beer and watch football.

Makes no sense how these cooks can’t season food properly. Also the waiters are nice there is no way I can’t get a simple refill while there is only 2 other tables sitting. They just need to step it up they are never that busy when I am there and I can’t even get simple refills extra things I need . The food is good though but when it comes to dry rubs and seasonings on fries the cooks can do way better because this is outrageous. Also ordered lemon pepper wet multiple times and it came out as dry rub every time.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was beyond frustrating. The customer service was absolutely terrible. There were three families who actually left because no one ever came to take their orders — that alone says a lot about how poorly the place was being managed that night.
It took nearly two hours for my food to come out, and I could literally see it just sitting in the kitchen getting cold. (Mind you, they were not busy at all. There were 3 tables plus mine.)When it finally arrived, everything was lukewarm at best. My wings were dry, flavorless, and missing sauce. When I politely asked about it, the waitress — a young woman with very short curly hair — rudely told me that “extra saucy” costs extra. I wasn’t even asking for extra sauce, just for the wings to come as they normally should. The order on my receipt was all wrong as well. When i told her the wings came with tater tots she was like “oh you’re right” Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and it was clear she didn’t care about providing good service.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Between the rude service, cold food, and poor management, I definitely won’t be returning. Hopefully this location takes some action to fix their service, because it was completely unacceptable.

On walking in we find that the entire facility smells like alcohol was spilled onto the carpet, repeatedly, and the carpets were never cleaned. There’s something to be said about the smell of stale alcohol that is nausea inducing. Nevertheless decided to carry on. There was no one at the front so had to wait a couple minutes to be greeted/seated. Seems like they would have more robust staff on the weekends, but alas that was not the case. Our order was taken with relative speed, but then came the wait…I put my head down and literally fell asleep while waiting. Then upon waking, an unknown period of time later, motioned the server over and she stated, “oh I’ll go grab that for you”, referring to my order. This indicated that the food had been ready for some time and was just sitting there, and the server knew this and yet allowed us to wait while a stream of new customers were seated and served ahead of us. Then came the food – I am a fan of bone-in wings with lemon pepper seasoning, but correct me if I’m wrong in that the seasoning is supposed to be on the wings rather than the majority on the plate. It’s dry rub, not dry chicken, however in this case it was the chicken that was very dry. My only solace was the copious ranch sauce that I slathered the wings in to make it edible. Also, for some odd reason, there is a basketball in a display case…in the kitchen. Will not be going here again.

Having been seated, we found ourselves waiting for more than twenty minutes before we needed to ask for someone to take our order. The waitress appeared somewhat displeased, exhibiting an unfriendly attitude. Moreover, the waitress who brought our drinks seemed equally frustrated, setting them down rather abruptly. Considering the restaurant was not overly busy, with perhaps only seven tables occupied, it was surprising to observe such behavior. It seems these individuals might not be ideally suited for the requirements of working in a restaurant with such an approach. The wings were unfortunately soggy and not even crispy.

Terrible experience! First, their coffee machine was broke. It took forever for the bartender to prepare drinks. It took flipping forever to get our food! The server was nice and tried to do her best under the circumstances. Then, it took forever to get our check. And there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom. Terrible management at this location!
